- Responsible to lead a team of contact center resources and ensure effective service level adherence through timely and accurate resolution of advisor and client queries daily

- Coach phone agent performance via e-mail, phone, and face to face interactions regarding policies and procedures, system knowledge & customer service skills. Be responsible for field questions/escalations with in-bound calls and facilitate call-backs, as needed

- Partner with Human Resources and functional Leaders to formulate career progression / employee development plans

- Provide Leadership guidance and motivate team members to improve/sustain performance through effective coaching and mentoring techniques, individually through periodic 1-0-1 meetings, and also at a team level through regular huddles and team meetings

- Perform quality review functions for the team, including real time and recorded call monitoring sessions and end to end error checking, reporting, and validation through the appropriate channels

- Share quality results with phone agents and leader, identify gaps and facilitate trainings. Serve as a mentor to provide agents with feedback to improve their overall performance

- Coaching team members at all levels; development of poor performers whilst also inspiring top performers.

- Assist in customer service-related, business-driven, process improvement initiatives, or related projects to provide subject matter expertise, as well as serve as a resource to less-experienced customer service team members, as necessary

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled L2 Support Engineer with a strong understanding of the Netsapiens platform and a solid foundation in Linux and networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting issues related to voice services and platform operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L2 technical support for the Netsapiens platform including Admin UI and Manager Portal.
• Troubleshoot issues related to phone provisioning, QoS, recordings/legal intercepts, and real-time VoIP software.
• Handle and escalate tickets based on defined SLAs and priority levels.
• Assist customers in implementing solutions and ensure optimal system performance.
• Perform installation, configuration, and support for paid services.
• Conduct analysis of system performance and manage system resources.
• Implement feature releases, maintenance releases, OS updates, and perform after-hours maintenance as required.
• Collaborate on Netsapiens platform reviews including configurations, best practices, and implementation recommendations.
• Provide support for distributed MySQL databases (a plus).

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of overall experience in a technical support role.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Linux systems.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, switching, routing).
• Experience with telephony or voice-related services (SIP protocol is a strong plus).
• Familiarity with MySQL database operations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Banking industry Experience, preferably in Securities Lending Domain (LAS – Loan against securities).
• Solution experience in one of more of the following Lending areas:- Business Process Automation, Credit & Portfolio Analytics, Commercial Loan Product, Loan Servicing and Risk Management.
• Familiar with multiple securities events i.e. Share sale, corporate action, Revaluation, DP & LTV Calculations etc.
• Should be able to play catalyst role between business and IT.
• Good Communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with BFSI Stakeholders.
• Should be able to provide domain support to development and technical teams on core Securities Lending domain.
• Provide support to business teams in terms of answering questions, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues as they arise during design and development.

• Contribute to new Memory based product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic circuits
• Responsible to translate system-level specs onto the circuit block-level performance spec, circuit architecture, design and development

• Chip in to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success

Successful candidates for this position will have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree (Preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Proven knowledge of CMOS Circuit Design
• Experience in RTL design, design synthesis, static timing analysis, and automated layout techniques
• Hands-on experience with Verilog modeling and simulation tools
• Knowledge of state machine logic/design verification techniques

• Experience with a scripting language (Python, Tcl, Perl, etc)

• Hands on experience in the eCommerce domain, especially on the seller side.
