Role: Sr. Inside Sales Specialist

Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business decision-makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them. Responsibilities:
• Must have worked with IT services organizations holding strong experience in Lead generation and Lead qualification
. • Hand-on experience with Lead generation activity through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, Sales navigator and other channels.
• Must know how to generate leads from email marketing tools like Sendx, Mailchimp, zoho, Apollo, Sendinblue, Get response etc.
• Must know how to extract data of company & employees using all the filters in sales navigator like Industry, job title, employee size etc. & extract data using data extraction tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Demand base, Skrapp, seamless, dataminer, Lusha etc.
• Hand-on experience with Lead generation activity through Cold Calling, LinkedIn, Sales navigator, other channels & converting leads into sales
• Experience in creating email contents for mass email marketing, planning, and executing services and technologyrelated email campaigns in alignment with business goals. • Experience connecting with top IT executives and Decision makers of the organizations.
• Excellent communication skills
. • Ensure the accuracy of data on the CRM for leads, prospects, and opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior Sales experience in an IT company.
• Exposure in India/Middle East US/UK market would be a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Role: UX/ UI Designers (Experienced)
Location: Noida (5 Days - Work from Office)
What will you get to do?
You will collaborate with our Design team, Product Managers, and Engineers to understand & craft research-based user preferences & needs. You will guide projects with designing thinking principles, conduct usability testing, take feedback and co-create pilot designs. Your stakeholders will look forward to your wireframes, design prototypes with information flow architecture. Visually appealing UI designs to ensure seamless, interactive and intuitive navigation for our consumers will be your priority.
You will stay up-to-date with new industry trends, protocols for best design practices, and will get our support to satiate your curiosity for emerging technologies.
Profile Expectations:
- A bachelor’s degree in design, or related fields. We are degree agnostic & focus on skills.
- Proven experience of 4-10 years as a UX/UI Designer. We will love to have detailed conversation on your portfolio showcasing innovative and visually striking designs.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or etc.
- Great to have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design on multiple platforms (Web, Mobile etc.).
- Communicate, collaborate, and articulate design ideas.
· Maximum 5 years of Information Technology/Technology Operations/Information Security experience required.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, Role Based Access Control, and Identity Governance is mandatory.
· Knowledge on User Life Cycle Management, Access provisioning, Access administration is must.
· Experience with technologies such as Role-Based Active Control (RBAC) and Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) is required.
· Experience in User Access Re-certification activities is mandatory.
· Working knowledge on Active Directory is must.
· Working experience on any IAM tool (SailPoint/Okta/OneIdentity/Varonis/MIM) would be added advantage.
· Knowledge on Identity and Access Management role/processes/tools is must.
· Prior experience in processing IAM requests (Add/Modify/Delete) is must.
· Experienced in Incident management & Change Management processes.
· Knowledge of and the ability to adhere to SAS and SOX audit requirements pertaining to Identity & Access Management job requirements.
· Experience with work-flow management tools such as ServiceNow.

Must have:
- Hands on experience in E-Commerce projects.
- At least 3 years of IT experience in Hybris Commerce development
- End-to-end implementation experience using SAP Hybris
- Hands on experience in Java, JEE, REST, Spring, JQuery, JUnit & ant
- Working experience in Hybris modules such as Impex, cronjobs, workflow, service layer APIs, flexiblesearch
- Working knowledge of Hybris commerce platform that includes WCMS, Order Management, Payment, BTG, Vouchers, Customer Service, Print, i18N features

Desired Skills:

Inside Sales Executive
Skill requirement: 4+yrs exp in outbound sales and lead generation in a similar industry. Excellent communication skills are a must. IT background preferred.

- Generate quality Leads from Online Sources starting by Searching the database ( Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook etc) or target audience (B2B) from the internet or other sources till generating suspects and prospects for the Sales Closure team
- Locate the right person in the organization and Make the first pitch
- Send solutions and Services marketing collateral/ material over email
- Follow up, pitch, and convince the customer to try us/take a demo or free trial of services wherever we offer.
- Schedule an online meeting or discussion or chat with interested suspects through skype/phone for the sales closure team
- Use our sales CRM tool, and update it at every step of the process.
- Maintain and build up a regular ongoing relationship with your suspects through skype, LinkedIn and other online social network sites sources
- Validate Leads by following our Sales qualification process
- Responsible for Data Mining and Market Research through the internet, Building databases, Proficient in secondary research.
