Roles and Responsibilities

Python Developer (1 Position)

Must have skills: 

·        Experience in advanced Python

·        Experience in GUI/Test Automation tools/libraries (Robot Framework, Selenium, & Sikuli etc.)

·        Ability to create UI Automation scripts to execute in Remote/Citrix servers

·        Knowledge in analytical libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, PyTorch etc.

·        AWS skillset

Nice to have skills:

·        Experience in SQL and Big Data analytic tools like Hive and Hue

·        Experience in Machine learning

·        Experience in Linux administration

• Provide accurate translations of texts.
• Attend meetings to translate discussions.
• Continually take language fluency assessments to certify fluency.
• Liaise with colleagues to ensure that translations are true to the original meaning.

You'll be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added services or products, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

1. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
2. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
4. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
5. Generating new business opportunities and closing them.
6. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
7. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
8. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
9. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
10. Maintain knowledge of all services and products offerings of the company.
11. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
12. Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, finalize and close deals, etc.

What are we looking for?

1. We expect you to have your domain knowledge of UX and UI, which includes, Information architecture, empathy map creation, user research, user interviews, low fidelity and high fidelity wireframes, designing UI screens using Adobe XD, prototyping and design hand off to developers 
2. Experts in English language
3. There are few skills which you need to have from get-go:

4. You have the ability to explain your design and come up with out of the box design solutions for mobile applications and web sites

7. In terms of day to day work, for 6 months to 1 year you should have done the following:
1. Completed a bootcamp or formal training in UX/UI design 
2. Designed at least 2 mobile apps or websites
3. Thorough understanding of Information architecture, Microcopies, Typography, Material design systems, Cupertino design system, Visual designs, icons and illustrations
4. Conducting user research interviews and design Mood boards
5. UX testing once the product is live
6. Collaborative design workflows using Adobe XD and Framer
7. Documenting your design work based on Style guides
8. Knowledge of Microcopies is a plus

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in the design and development of applications using NodeJs, ReactJs, MySQL, etc.
• Good architectural and design skills
• Strong coding, data structures, and algorithms
• An engineering degree preferably, from a top-tier school (or an equivalent experience)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/SVN
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Experience in Elastic Search/ Solr/ Amazon AWS
• Experience building sites to function cross-platform and cross-browser
• The ability to own end-to-end responsibility
