Key Responsibilities

·      Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency

·      Identify and correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors

·      Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and voice

·      Collaborate with writers and SEO teams to refine content for search optimization and readability

·      Perform fact-checking and verify sources to maintain credibility

·      Provide constructive feedback to writers for continuous content improvement

·      Monitor and enforce best practices for content structure, flow, and coherence

·      Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content

Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field

·      3+ years of experience in content editing, proofreading, or copywriting, preferably in digital marketing or SEO-focused content

·      Strong command of grammar, syntax, and punctuation with exceptional attention to detail

·      Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword usage, and content structuring for better search engine visibility

·      Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, CMS tools) and editing software (Grammarly, Hemingway or similar)

·      Ability to provide constructive feedback to writers for continuous improvement

·      Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

·      Understanding of Google Search Console, Ahrefs or other SEO analytics tools

Strong B2C Brand Marketing Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 3+ years of experience as a marketer preferably across tech, mobility, energy, fintech, or high-growth apps

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have experience executing end-to-end brand and consumer campaigns across Instagram, WhatsApp, content platforms, ATL/BTL, and on-ground activations.

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have strong experience in digital storytelling, including social content, creator/influencer collaborations, product videos, and explainer assets

Mandatory (Experience 4) - Strong ability to turn business targets into creative strategies that drive measurable outcomes

Mandatory (Experience 5) - Must have atleast 1 year of experience managing a team of marketers

Mandatory (Company) - B2C Product companies

Mandatory (Note) - Candidate must be comfortable working on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- At least 7 years of experience in back-end development, specifically with Node.js.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript would be a plus.

- Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

- Proficient in working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).

- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

- Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and create engaging and impactful visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines and messaging.
• Generate innovative design concepts that effectively convey complex sustainability and environmental messages to a diverse audience.
• Maintain a deep understanding of sustainable development principles and industry trends to ensure the integration of relevant concepts into design projects.
• Ensure consistency and high-quality standards in all design deliverables, paying attention to detail, typography, color palettes, and imagery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand project objectives, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional design standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design tools, software, and techniques, recommending and implementing new tools to enhance design processes.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

What you must have:

• Generate new business opportunities by introducing the company’s wide suite of solutions within assigned territories and accounts via cold-calling, email, and social media prospecting.
• Identify the key decision-makers within these prospects to understand their requirements in detail and how the can company help in delivering those requirements.
• Follow-up on leads generated through websites, events, emails campaigns, and qualify it further to be passed on to the sales reps for closure.
• Keep the data within the CRM updated with all the relevant information, communications on regular basis.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Work closely with the assigned sales rep to grow the sales pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly targets.

Key Requirements.

• 2-5 years of experience in inside sales in India and other Southeast Asian countries.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Strong listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Experience working with HubSpot CRM or equivalent.
• Familiar with basic email and phone etiquettes while communicating with clients or prospects.
