Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Consultant who will be responsible for connecting with local merchants and helping them grow their business digitally. The role involves understanding the merchant’s current offline business operations and guiding them on how to expand their presence online through our digital solutions and subscription plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with local merchants and business owners to understand their business requirements.
Educate merchants on the benefits of taking their business online and building a digital presence.
Promote and sell subscription-based digital solutions that help merchants start and grow their business online.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term engagement.
Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
Provide basic guidance to merchants on how to use the platform and manage their online business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand business needs and provide suitable digital solutions.
Comfortable meeting and interacting with local merchants.
Basic understanding of digital platforms and online business tools.
