Brief about the role:
- We are a digital marketing agency in Egypt- Nasr city. Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled Business Developer to acquire and manage new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. We will rely on you to partner with our marketing department to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting the long-term sales strategy to grow and develop the business across different trade channels within the Egyptian market.
- This includes building a long-term sales and investment strategy for customers to deliver annual sales and profitability targets.
- Identify or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Examines potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial data.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, business plans, and proposals.
- Increase the value of existing customers while attracting and retaining new customers.

Collaboration with Marketing and Customer Engagement Teams: Working closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts. Additionally, collaborating with the customer engagement team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
PRE-REQUISITES:
Minimum 2-3 years of Sales Experience with B2B / SAAS Industry
Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi | 3rd Language will be an added advantage)

- Reaching out to and building relationship with all the major Digital Ad Agencies & Ad- Networks
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients and advertising agencies.

- The candidate will closely work with the core team to develop the market but will be expected to manage the planning and development of existing accounts and nurturing new accounts and closing sales opportunities independently.
- Should be familiar with CRM tools like hubspot . All the sales need to be managed through company CRM.

Expected Qualities :
- 3 years of minimum experience in Brand solutioning and Digital Media Sales (Digital Content Sales/Banner Ads/Sponsorships and other digital product) with an excellent track record.
