Role Overview: We’re looking for a high-energy and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in outbound B2B sales, a product-first approach, and a passion for scaling SaaS solutions. Ticket Management
- Log all IT service requests/incidents raised by users through phone, email, or in-person.
- Assign tickets to the relevant IT engineer based on the nature of the issue and engineer availability.
