Role Overview: We’re looking for a high-energy and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in outbound B2B sales, a product-first approach, and a passion for scaling SaaS solutions. Prior experience in HR Tech or SaaS sales is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
● Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
● Identify, qualify, and nurture leads across SMBs, mid-market, or enterprise clients.
● Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from first touch to closing the deal.
● Conduct compelling product demos to potential clients, addressing pain points and
showcasing value.
● Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine sales messaging
and pitch strategy.
● Maintain accurate pipeline management in CRM and provide weekly/monthly forecasts.
● Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Must Have:
● 2–4 years of experience in B2B outbound sales (preferably in SaaS or product-based
companies).
● Strong understanding of solution selling and value-based consultative sales.
● Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or recruitment tech is highly preferred.
● Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle — from outreach to closure.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Comfortable using tools like CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and
email outreach platforms.

Strong Full-Stack Engineering Profiles (Python + React)
Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have a 2+ YOE in Full-stack development using Python (backend) and React.js (frontend)

Mandatory (Education) – B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or IT (BCA / MCA also acceptable).

Build a database of customer leads through references, opening stalls in areas where there are higher
number of footfalls – like apartment complexes, shopping areas etc., door to door visits, distribution of
pamphlets etc
Schedule meetings with potential liabilities customers and understand their requirement; thereafter
presenting them with the most suitable products and explaining the features/benefits.
Communicate clearly to customers on the requirements for various types of products & services – for
example, charges for maintaining a locker, minimum balance to be maintained etc.,
Ensure that all customer documents are verified with originals and are handled with care and
confidentiality.
Complete all account opening related processes accurately so that the customer experience is
enhanced and forms the foundation of a long relationship with the bank.
Maintain continuous communication with customers on the status of their account opening process.
Frequently communicate with newly signed up customers and assist them with additional products and
services based on their requirements – for example, relevant loan products, investment products etc.
Build reference network from newly signed up customers for potential leads.
