Brief Description:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to support the customization, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions for a US-based healthcare client. You’ll work closely with NonStop's engineering team, client-side stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust and compliant Salesforce solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies

● Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards

● Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., APIs, middleware)

● Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

● Maintain code quality, security, and performance best practices

● Participate in client calls, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies

● Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA) during development (training/guidance will be provided as needed)

Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role

● Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL

● Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization

● Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model

● Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns

● Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred)

● Excellent communication and client-interfacing skills

● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Good to have:

● Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin)
