Responsibilities:
● The selected candidates will be designated as Senior Sales Executive, they will be
responsible for guiding the prospective homeowners in their design journey with
Truww.
● You will be responsible for facilitating meetings between the Clients and Designers in
our Experience Centre.
● You will be responsible to share your accumulated knowledge on Truww's products
and services with prospective homeowners.
● Will have to do consultative outbound calls & follow up calls on a daily basis with
prospective homeowners.
● Represent the company, with a comprehensive understanding of offerings and
value proposition.
● Proactively following up with leads and ensuring maximum conversion of leads
from the sales stage to the design stage.
● Be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
Requirements:
● Have an interest in problem-solving and proven expertise in Sales (preferably Home
Interiors Sales)
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
● Minimum 3+ years' of sales experience
● Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales

Job Description:
> Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in residential designing
> Min. 1 Year of experience In modular industry
> Sketchup + Vray/ Enscape
> Clear understanding of capturing the client’s expectations from the space
> Client handling is a must-have requirement
> Fair knowledge of materials/ finishes
> Fair knowledge of ergonomics and design principles
> willing to work in a fast-paced environment
The role is directly linked with revenue collection & Client experience, thus ensuring the projected revenue targets are achieved on time.
Probation duration: 3 months
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday fixed week off)
Work Timing: 10:30AM - 7:30PM

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best ideas for clients.
Responsibilities
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
- Meet with the client to understand the client's objectives and desires
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and teams to address client's needs
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
- Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
- Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 2 - 3 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
- Should be proficient in SketchUp
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute
Working Days: Tuesday - Sunday (Monday fixed week off)
Work Timing: 11AM - 7PM
