The 6 weeks of ATP is divided into 2 phases, 2 weeks of Class Room Training(CRT) and 4 weeks of On the Job Training(OJT).
PHASE 1 : Classroom Training (CRT)

The 1st 2 weeks of the CRT Phase will be conducted in the training location where we will cover the theoretical aspect of BYJU’S sales process.
You will be involved in various activities during this phase which will be rigorously evaluated by the end of 2 weeks of the CRT program.
Only the candidates who satisfactorily complete the CRT phase will be given an opportunity to start with the next phase of the training program.

PHASE 2 : On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

As a Warehousing and Packaging Executive, you will be looking after the aesthetic appeal of our customers, packaging standards in the cosmetic industry in the West, cost management, vendor development expertise, basic warehouse management skills, cross-
functional collaboration and effective communication skills, with a keenness for learning in a cross-cultural & cross functional environment.
 
What you will do:
  • Coming up with innovative ideas for packaging which enhance attractiveness, improve functionality, deflate shipping costs and reduce overall costs of production.
  • Coordinating with designers and other members of the content team to come to an optimal design/packaging solution.
  • Maintaining records of packaging requirements, predicting packaging requirement based on information supplied to you to ensure we never have to stock out due to lack of packaging/delayed delivery.
  • Negotiating with vendors to get the lowest rates possible with the best quality possible.
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure all requirements are conveyed to them and they meet delivery timelines.
  • Visiting the facility of the vendors to conduct a strict quality check.
  • Ensuring every single piece of packaging delivered to the office is fully checked and only high-quality output is accepted.
  • Teaching packaging staff the right way of packaging the products manually and maintain a strict quality check there as well.
  • Ensuring risk diversification by way of vendor diversification - find more and better vendors to continually optimize packaging.
  • Proactively coordinating with the marketing teams as well as the product team to predict packaging requirements and ensuring supply of packaging well in advance.
  • Being responsible and taking complete ownership of QC of the packaging material and ensuring it is executed by team members in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
  • Packaging Procurement and Coordination:
  • Collaborating with Design team, Brand Development, Supply Chain, Procurement, Product development and Packaging Suppliers, to drive consumer focused innovative and optimized packaging solutions.
  • Ensuring packaging is “fit for purpose” and compatible with FDA regulations/regulations of a specific geography.
  • Being responsible for on time packing as per packing plan.
  • Coordinating with quality and warehouse departments to monitor and document everyday activities of units and ensure efficient working of both manufacturing and packaging department and ensure continuous improvement in the same.
  • Taking ownership of sample development and quality assurance and getting approvals from respective authority/manager.
  • Understanding of ‘package & product’ relationship, in terms of shelf life, transportation, physical/climatic hazards and brand identity.
  • Preparing and developing vendor technical/design briefs where required, working closely with vendors.
  • Delivering packaging which not only meets the required quality and technical standards, but also creates a luxurious experience for the customers and establish brand positioning and loyalty.

  • Receiving of material with proper documentation.
  • Managing assigned packaging projects, with minimal guidance, working with cross category teams to gather requirements, ensuring packaging meets the packaging brief, Quality norms, and is delivered on time, in full.
  • Constantly innovating design, techniques and processes and identification of new vendors to fulfil new and continuing project requirements.

  • Warehouse and Inventory Ops:
  • Maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining and monitoring inventory of supply and products.
  • Minimizing inventory loss by incorporating best supply chain practices.
  • Making improvements and managing inventory life cycle.
  • Complying with state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Safeguarding warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
  • Maintaining physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
  • Achieving financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
