Overview:

As a UX Designer, you will develop and communicate a vision, bring concepts to life, then iterate and refine them as you gather and factor in customer and business requirements. You think first from the customer’s perspective and set high standards for yourself and your team in developing amazing experiences. You have comprehensive understanding of the current design best practices, with a critical awareness of implications on user-centered design and functionality. You are detail-oriented, comfortable working on highly technical team, skilled in using data to make decisions. You have an inventor’s spirit, highly refined aesthetic sensibilities, solid hard skills and a killer eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Relentlessly simplify and distill complex business processes into intuitive and elegant product experiences.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to help define best-in-class user experiences.
3. Create process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
4. Drive the development and communication of design guidelines and patterns, with focus on providing a consistent and intuitive experience across the product ecosystem.
5. Participate in the planning process for new products and features helping drive the vision across the products.
6. Own the production of world-class designs and documents for presentation to engineers, product managers, peer design teams, and senior executives.
7. Assist in the development and evaluation of personas, user stories, and usability studies.

• Experience in Spring Boot, Jenkins, Git, Hibernate, Kubernetes, and Docker

• Experience in the development of scalable and extensible systems using Java

• Proficiency in Database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB

• Routines Sync & Async

• Solid and fluent understanding of algorithm and data structures

• Excellent software design, problem-solving and debugging skills

• Demonstrated high ownership in previous projects

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Good understanding of Elastic Search, Redis

• Experience working in the cloud environment, preferably AWS*.

• Write unit tests and run automated tests through CI/CD

• Ability to learn new and existing technologies

• Experience in building cloud SaaS or PaaS solutions/products

• TDD experience with RSpec and Capybara
• Strong JavaScript skills
• Strong HTML / CSS 3 skills
• Experience working with a Continuous Integration environment (CircleCI, Github Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Understanding and commitment to Agile processes
• Great communication, particularly in explaining your coding processes, suggestions for best practices, and identifying ways to improve the team's coding quality
