Key Responsibilities:- Account Manager

✔️ Manage day-to-day financial transactions (AP/AR, payroll, receipts, credit card transactions)

✔️ Ensure compliance with GAAP, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations

✔️ Handle Direct, Indirect & International Tax compliances, filings, and tax notices

✔️ Support budgeting, financial reporting, and year-end closing with the Director of Finance

✔️ Perform accurate month-end journal entries, reconciliations & cash flow forecasting

✔️ Maintain well-structured documentation for smooth audits & assessments

✔️ Partner with HR/People & Culture team on payroll and salary taxation compliance

✔️ Monitor and manage cash flow effectively

✔️ Track and follow up on pending payments

Responsibilities include:

1. Designing, developing & deploying the product

2. Work as part of a team to build React Native iOS / Android applications

3. Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code

4. Translating wireframes and PSD designs into functional responsive apps, Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs

5. Binding UI elements to JavaScript object models, work with native modules when required

6. Creating RESTful services with Node.js

7. Developing scalable web architectures

8. Working in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience

9. Creating unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of code

10. Being responsive to change requests and feature requests

11. Writing code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible

12. Co-ordinating end-to-end implementation

13. Release applications to iOS and Google Play stores

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer (Python) at Hubler. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications while working within a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and develop software solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using Python
• Must enjoy Coding with Passion
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures and design patterns
• Experience working with Django, Flask, Python-based web frameworks and Restful APIs
• Experience in database design and management with MongoDB
• Experience in distributed source control, such as Git
• Experience with scrum development methodology
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear communication with team members and stakeholders
• The ability to work in a collaborative team environment with willingness to share skills and knowledge

SeenIt is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.

QA engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)

The QA technician role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective. • Translate ideas into concepts, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

• Design and discover workflows that allow you to test designs early and often, and then iterate upon feedback.

• Help with hiring and establishing a design culture within the company by evangelizing thoughtful design and its impact on the bottom-line.
• Directly contribute to the overall product and design direction of the whole company.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design of the overall architecture of the web application
• Implement a robust set of services and effective APIs to power the web application
• Build reusable and manageable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Translate UI/UX wireframes to visual elements
• Develop and handle well-functioning databases and applications
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency 
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

Experience:

• Proven expertise in shipping features in Ruby on Rails. Strong background in Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Strong experience in driving thought leadership and technical architecture
• Experience with mentoring juniors in the team

Especially in our remote async approach, you'll need to be intrinsically motivated and keep your  projects on track.
• You have strong business and product acumen. This job isn't just writing code, we solve real business problems for real people. That means you need to be able to look beyond the user story, have empathy for our end users and solve real problems for them.
