Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through end-to-end sales cycles, with a heavy emphasis on successfully working on closures. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion & Closures: Take ownership of the sales pipeline, proactively engaging with prospects and focusing heavily on closing deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, understanding their specific needs and clearly communicating value propositions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth transition from the initial pitch to the final closure.
• Negotiation: Utilize strong convincing skills to handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure commitments.
• Reporting: Track daily sales activities, pipeline progress, and closure rates accurately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of core sales experience.
• Industry Bonus: Candidates with a background in wedding sales (e.g., wedding planners, wedding photography studios, or related high-touch B2C event sales) will be given strong preference.
• Language Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in English and Telugu. Working knowledge of Hindi is a strong advantage.
• Core Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Ability to read the room and tailor pitches accordingly.
• Availability: Must be an immediate joiner.
• Work Setup: Willing to work completely from the office (WFO) in Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad.

Position Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Sr. Database/Data Warehouse Data Analytics developer to work at our Bangalore, India location. Ideal candidate will have solid software technology background with capability in the making and supporting of robust, secure, and multi-platform financial applications to contribute to Fully Paid Lending (FPL) project. The successful candidate will be a proficient and productive developer, a team leader, have good communication skills, and demonstrate ownership.

Responsibilities

• Produce service metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve the level of service and reduce cost as appropriate.
• Responsible for design, development and maintenance of database schema and objects throughout the lifecycle of the applications.
• Supporting implemented solutions by monitoring and tuning queries and data loads, addressing user questions concerning data integrity, monitoring performance, and communicating functional and technical issues.
• Helping the team by taking care of production releases.
• Troubleshoot data issues and work with data providers for resolution.
• Closely work with business and applications teams in implementing the right design and solution for the business applications.
• Build reporting solutions for WM Risk Applications.
• Work as part of a banking Agile Squad / Fleet.
• Perform proof of concepts in new areas of development.
• Support continuous improvement of automated systems.
• Participate in all aspects of SDLC (analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation).

Required Skill

• 5 to 7 Years of strong database (SQL) Knowledge, ETL (Informatica PowerCenter), Unix Shell Scripting.
• Database (preferably Teradata) knowledge, database design, performance tuning, writing complex DB programs etc.
• Demonstrate proficient skills in analysis and resolution of application performance problems.
• Database fundamentals; relational and Datawarehouse concepts.
• Should be able to lead a team of 2-3 members and guide them in their day to work technically and functionally.
• Ensure designs, code and processes are optimized for performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Understanding of requirements of large enterprise applications (security, entitlements, etc.)
• Provide technical leadership throughout the design process and guidance with regards to practices, procedures, and techniques. Serve as a guide and mentor for junior level Software Development Engineers
• Exposure to JIRA or other ALM tools to create a productive, high-quality development environment.

What are we looking in you

• Graduate or PG degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
• Prior experience as an HR Recruiter
• Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, training, talent management ,etc.)
• Experience with resume databases and ATS
• Sound knowledge of the end to end recruitment process.
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills. Good proficiency in English. 
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Candidate will be responsible for test execution of LTE protocol and performance, analyze and report software defects, interwork with development teams in identifying a potential fix and retest fixes. 
• Should be having good analysis skills with a sound understanding of LTE Concepts. 
• Responsibilities include test execution- with failure root cause analysis System acquisition, LTE Protocol testing. 
• The candidate will also support troubleshooting and reproducing customer failures for debugging. 
• Must have good call processing knowledge as per 3GPP specifications for GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE capable phones. 
• Candidate must be reliable regular with good work ethics. 

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: 

• LTE with 5G/4G Experience 

1. Understanding of LTE/5G/4G end-to-end flows 
2. Working experience on UEs and/or RAN side. 
3. Good understanding of RRC, RRM MAC & NAS protocols on the Air interface
