
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in IT sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT solutions and services, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, and market research.
● Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
● Understand customer needs and requirements to propose effective IT solutions and services.
● Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals and contracts.
● Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
● Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
● Stayup-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
● Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the BDM.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Minimum of 1to 2 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
● Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
