About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will support our sales and marketing efforts, help expand our clients base, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
- Generate leads using marketing tools, databases, and networking platforms.
- Assist in creating and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze sales data and provide insights for growth strategies.
- Support the marketing team in creating campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Participate in business development meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
- Provide administrative support and documentation related to business development activities.

Position: Chief Risk Officer
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
Experience: 12-14 years
Location: Pan India with potential requirement to travel to the middle east
Employment Type: contract for 6-12 months (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Risk- ERM Framework: Implement a comprehensive risk management framework addressing operational, financial, and reputational risks.
- Operational Risk: Identify and mitigate risks from internal processes and external threats (e.g., cybersecurity) and produce annual entity specific Risk Assessment.
- Compliance Risk: Ensure adherence to QFCRA regulations and collaborate with the CCO and MLRO to manage compliance risks.
- Risk Reporting: Provide regular risk reports to senior management and the board.
- Produce annual entity specific Risk Appetite Statement.
- Portfolio Investment Risk
- Risk Assessment: Regularly analyze and monitor market, credit, and liquidity risks in the investment portfolio.

Manage the entire recruitment activity:
Once you have a JD, evaluate / qualify every requirement, understand the client’s expectations completely.
Distribute the requirements to relevant consultants and partners.
Receive the profiles from consultants, evaluate and share it to clients.
Handle end to end recruitment co-ordinations between clients and consultants.
Take control of all prospective candidates during the 2nd and final stage Interviews and understand their keenness and have backup plans accordingly.
Stay in touch with offered candidates till such time they Join.
Evaluate the running mandates and take appropriate decisions – STOP / HOLD / CONTINUE
Ensure you and your team spends time on productive mandates – TIME / VALUE / MONEY

Work from home: Considering the current pandemic the work will be from home, in the situation improves, we will have to meet in person once in a week for review meetings.
Work from office: We will evaluate the situations with respect to COVID, have all protocol measures keeping employee safety is key and take a decision, our next evaluation on this would be during the month of October 2021.
