Business Development Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer & Architect with extensive hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will hold multiple Microsoft certifications—including PL‑600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)—and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and solution‑thinking abilities.

This role requires deep expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365/Azure integrations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture and solution design for Power Platform–based applications.
• Define technical standards, integration patterns, governance, and best practices.
• Evaluate business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Development & Implementation

• Develop canvas and model-driven apps, custom connectors, Power Automate workflows, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and third‑party APIs for data integration.
• Implement automation, process optimization, and business rule logic using Power Platform tools.

Governance, Security & ALM

• Establish and manage Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) frameworks.
• Apply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Ensure compliance, data security, DLP policies, and environment management.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business leaders, SMEs, project managers, and developers.
• Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user training.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and effective manner.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft cloud capabilities.
• Recommend platform enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.
• Guide junior developers and provide architectural mentorship.

Technical Skills

In-depth experience with:

• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Dataverse & CDS
• Power Pages (preferred)
• Azure Logic Apps, Functions, API Management
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Experience with automation, RPA, and connectors.

Certifications (Required/Preferred)

• PL‑600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (Required)
• Additional certifications such as:
• PL‑100, PL‑200, PL‑400
• AZ‑900, AZ‑204, AZ‑305
• MS‑600 or related Microsoft 365 certifications

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.

• Knowledge of data architecture and cloud security best practices.

Responsibilities :

• Involve in planning, design, development and maintenance of large-scale data repositories, pipelines, analytical solutions and knowledge management strategy
• Build and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture to ensure scalability, connect operational systems data for analytics and business intelligence (BI) systems
• Build data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader
• Reporting and obtaining insights from large data chunks on import/export and communicating relevant pointers for helping in decision-making
• Preparation, analysis, and presentation of reports to the management for further developmental activities
• Anticipate, identify and solve issues concerning data management to improve data quality

Requirements :

• Ability to build and maintain ETL pipelines 
• Technical Business Analysis experience and hands-on experience developing functional spec
• Good understanding of Data Engineering principles including data modeling methodologies
• Sound understanding of PostgreSQL
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as reporting capabilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Establish viable opportunities.
• Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels.
• Score the viability of an interested lead for the sales team.
• Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads.
• Organise and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software.
• Proficient in Lead generation through email, outreach platforms and data search tool like LikedIn; Sales Navigator
• Follow company decorum at all times when representing the organisation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education)
• 3-5 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting
• Effective communication skills 

• Proficiency with CRM software

• Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types
• Have the ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
• In-bound & Out-bound lead generation experience
• data building and data mining using search tools
• Excellent client servicing skills

Job Summary

The Senior Accounts Associate support payables, review district officer vouchers, assist with general ledger and process purchase orders, vendor payments, staff travel, and activity facilitation. Position is responsible for completeness and accuracy of the books of accounts, compilation of reports and ensuring timeliness of all payments and recording of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

"Administration and Accounts Associates" at site offices will report to the Senior Accounts Associate, and will be responsible for:

• Weekly MIS & burn rates
• Monthly financial reports
• Bank reconciliation in Netsuite ERP
• Bank Payments in Netsuite ERP
• Overall responsibility for books, registers  & daily updation
• Daily Book keeping: including project codes and CoA
• Registers for control of inventory/supplies
• Manage Imprest & advances
• Tracking timely settlement of imprests & advances 
• Payment of rent and other monthly dues
• Scrutinize travel and project claims
• Documentation assurances for all transactions
• Records management
• Syncronize with YRG ERP
• Coordination with procurement
• Complying with procurement policy
• Overall responsibility for policies
• TDS, GST and other statutory obligations
• Insurance and verification of possession (annual)

Skill qualification and experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any commerce or business with 3-5 years related experience
• Exposure to non-profit organizations desired
• Strong problem-solving skills and impeccable attention to detail, timeliness and accuracy.
• Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English
• Fluency in regional languages/Hindi will be an advantage
• Good computer skills e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel
