Location: Remote/Work from Home

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build robust and secure RESTful APIs using Express.js and Node.js to serve data to the front-end.
• Design and manage MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in both front-end and back-end code.
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.

Qualifications:

• Computer Science Graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience on the implementation of large-scale web applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Solid understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
• Experience with front-end tooling like Vite.js.
• Experience with Next.js for building performant React applications.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

Position Overview-

This role would be a part of our B2B sales function for our growing India business. He/She

would drive the new client acquisition and client relationship management.

Role and Responsibilities-

• Use a mixture of inside sales, and borderline contacts, to source a demo with the
• VP/Head of Sales of a lead.
• Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
• Orchestrate discussions with senior execs (CXOs) around their business needs.
• Timely follow-up with clinical precision.
• Manage and maintain a list of interested prospects.
• Deep understanding of the product.
• Meet personal sales targets.
• Given the name of a mid to large company, identify the right PoC using LinkedIn and Primenumbers contacts databases.

Requirements-

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and Hindi communication is essential.
• Education - Graduation (Btech, BE, BSc electronics, BCA preferred)

9. Analyze website data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
10. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates
11. Update older content and add effective calls to action (CTAs) to improve user engagement
12. Report on performance metrics comparing them to our SEO goals and benchmarking data
13. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and content teams, to align SEO efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements and skills

1. Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role
2. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
3. Familiarity with keyword research tools, web analytics tools, and SEO software.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
5. Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO factors and optimization strategies.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Technical skills

• Must have knowledge of the networking in Linux, and basics of computer networks in

general.

• Must have intermediate/advanced knowledge of one programming language,

preferably Python.

• Must have experience of writing shell scripts and configuration files.

• Should be proficient in bash.

• Should have excellent Linux administration capabilities.

• Working experience of SCM. Git is preferred.

• Knowledge of build and CI-CD tools, like Jenkins, Bamboo etc is a plus.

• Understanding of Architecture of OpenStack/Kubernetes is a plus.

• Code contributed to OpenStack/Kubernetes community will be a plus.

• Data Center network troubleshooting will be a plus.
