Responsibilities

● Design and develop new features using Full-stack development

(Java/Spring/React/Angular/Mysql) for a cloud(AWS/others) and mobile product

application in SOA/microservices architecture.

● Design awesome features and continuously improve them by exploring alternatives /

technologies to make design improvements.

● Performance testing with Gatling (Scala).

● Work with CI/CD pipeline and tools (Docker, Ansible) to improve build and

deployment process.

● Working with QA to ensure the quality and timing of new release deployments.

Skills/Experience

Good coding/problem solving skills and interest in learning new things will be the key.

Time /Training will be provided to learn new technologies/tools.

● 4 or more years of professional experience in building web/mobile applications using

Java or similar technologies (C#, Ruby, Python, Elixir, NodeJS).

● Experience in Spring Framework or similar frameworks.

● Experience in any DB (SQL/noSQL)

● Any experience in front-end development using React/Vue/Angular/similar

frameworks.

● Any experience with Java/similar testing frameworks (JUnit/Mocks etc).

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and continuous development of our growing sales teams. This role plays a critical part in building a high-performance culture for Inside Sales Representatives, Business Development Executives, Sales Team Leads, and other client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Sales Training & Development:

• Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs (product, process, soft skills, objection handling, etc.)
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and role-specific learning pathways
• Conduct regular refresher trainings and upskilling initiatives

🔹 Performance Coaching:

• Work closely with individual sales reps and team leads for skill enhancement
• Provide actionable feedback through call monitoring, role-plays, and coaching sessions
• Foster a growth-oriented and feedback-driven culture

🔹 Content & Curriculum Design:

• Build sales training content, scripts, case studies, sales playbooks, and LMS modules
• Continuously improve training material based on business goals and market evolution

🔹 Evaluation & Reporting:

• Implement pre- and post-training assessments and measure training effectiveness
• Track sales KPIs and correlate training impact with business results
• Report insights to leadership for performance alignment

🔹 Collaboration:

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, L&D, and HR teams to align training with goals
• Support hiring and onboarding of new sales talent
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in L&D and sales enablement

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in sales training or sales enablement (preferably in L&D, EdTech, or IT services)
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes and CRM tools
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Hands-on experience with instructional design, LMS, and training evaluation tools
• Proven coaching ability with a passion for talent development
• Bachelor's degree required (Master’s in HR, Business, or Education is a plus)
