Strong Senior Data Scientist (AI/ML/GenAI) Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning / Deep Learning (ML/DL) systems in production

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong hands-on experience in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have 1+ years of experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) using techniques like LoRA/QLoRA, and building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience with MLOps and production-grade systems including Docker, Kubernetes, Spark, model registries, and CI/CD workflows

mandatory (Note): Budget for upto 5 yoe is 25Lacs, Upto 7 years is 35 lacs and upto 12 years is 45 lacs, Also client can pay max 30-40% based on candidature

Responsibilities:

• Work with product managers to find solutions to critical problems, face internal customers, and create requirements.
• Triage and fix critical issues that arise in the field that affect our core product.
• Manage git repositories, pull requests, and review code.
• Communicate properly & promptly with all stakeholders.
• Build a proof-of-concept for new products from scratch.
• Optimize, clean up, and comment on the existing codebase.

Requirements:

• Must have 5-8 years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Must be an expert in JavaScript/Typescript with ES6+ features, Node.js, ReactJS, and Redux
• Must be an expert in HTML5 CSS3 SASS, and Webpack.
• You are proficient with RESTful API design and implementation using Node.js.0
• Proficiency in relational (MySQL, Cloud Spanner etc. ) and non-relational (MongoDB, Google Cloud Firestore etc. ) databases.
• Must be an expert in data structure and creating highly optimized algorithms.
• Should have a working knowledge of GCP services like App Engine, CloudSQL, Compute Engine etc.
• Should have a working understanding of microservices patterns, serverless design, and event-based architecture.
• Willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and paradigms.

Primary Skills: Database Systems (SQL), Python Flask/Fast API/Django frameworks specifically
Requirements:

• Highly proficient in fundamentals of Python web development frameworks like Flask, Django and Fast API
• Demonstrated experience in developing APIs using Python frameworks
• Should have deep knowledge in PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server and other SQL based Databases
• Knowledge and proficiency in NoSQL is a bonus

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or relevant technical field.

Experience in software development and full product life-cycle.

Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, and availability.

Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
