Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding & Training:
- Guide new customers through seamless onboarding, ensuring they understand and fully utilize KrispCalls features.
- Conduct personalized training sessions and webinars to empower customers with best practices.
- Proactive Customer Engagement:
- Monitor customer health scores and usage analytics to identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to align customer goals with KrispCalls capabilities.
- Customer advocacy & feedback:
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing actionable feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- Churn Reduction & Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding customer needs and aligning them with additional features or services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage renewals and drive account expansion.
- Collaborate with the support team for Issue Resolutions
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Leverage AI-driven tools to provide proactive support and reduce customer effort.
