We are now looking for a Senior UX/UI designer who can help us conceptualize, design and test multiple new features and products being built out of here. What you will do?

• Work with the product team to develop design flows and create user stories of new features.
• Conceptualize, design and prototype the user stories to make low/high fidelity mockups.
• Conduct quick, iterative usability testing for the designed concepts.
• Research broad and deep to come up with simple solutions for complex problems
• Drive product adoption through user experience
• Learn and understand the user persona for the product and apply it to create an elegant experience for the same. 

Skills required:

• 5-9 years of product design experience
• B2B and/or SaaS experience is preferred
• Experience with mockup and prototyping tools
• Working knowledge of how to conduct user interviews and conduct basic research on design.
• Good sense of visual design
• Bonus points if you have user empathy and also understand numbers

Your day to day responsibilities shall encompass:

• Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email
• Market Research to develop warm leads 
• Responsible for generating leads for the category/market assigned
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
• Set appointments or close deals with clients

WordPress Developer Responsibilities:

Job Title: Test Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Test Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic testing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual/Automation testing, excellent communication skills, the ability to write comprehensive test cases, and a deep understanding of the domain in which our products operate. The Manual Tester should be a proactive team player, capable of taking ownership of their work, maintaining good rapport within the team and across other teams, and providing clear and accurate documentation of testing activities. Hands on experience in automation testing and API testing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in manual testing and automation testing.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong test case writing/execution and Automation scripting skills.
• Deep domain knowledge relevant to the software under test.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Effective documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience with Web Automation is mandatory and mobile automation is an added advantage.

Role: HCM Oracle Cloud Implementation

JD:

Expereince in Data extraction from Oracle HCM EBS and Data load through HDL in Oracle HCM cloud

•            Experience on multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation projects or similar ERP/SaaS/in-house applications

•            Required to have at least 3 to 4 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Recruitment Cloud or similar Cloud products

•         Experience in configuring workforce compensation plans
•        Experience with creating compensation change statement and should be able to create security roles
•        Experience in HDL and fast formula

•            Experience working with global users and teams

•            Work with business users and identify business requirements, conduct CRP workshops, etc.
