2) Must have good hands on database development on Mongo db and Mysql , admin panel and Rest api development and integration on both frontend and backend.

3) Must have Expertise in Technical understanding of the clients requirement and project and must need to maintain the timeline of the project.

4) As a full stack MERN stack developer you need to active in both backend and frontend Equally and would have expertise in both react and node js.

5) Knowledge of 3rd party integration, payment gateway integration, social integration, google map api and any 3rd party audio video calling, google map .

6) Knowledge on working of other framework like php CodeIgniter MVC will be advantage
