Role & Responsibilities

work with peers in Product, QA, and other Engineering departments;

coach and mentor team members;

cautiously drive adoption of new technologies and processes;

preserve our engineering values of quality, scalability, and maintainability;

“see around corners” — identify blind spots and prioritize work across teams;

work with international teams to ensure successful product development and delivery; and

own the overall architecture and systems engineering for your products.

Responsibilities:

• Spearheaded building of the new transformation backend platform from 0 to 1
• Design the software for all its stakeholders - its end-users, developers, technical and product support, and DevOps.
• Evaluate technical/architectural options and tradeoffs.
• Implement proof-of-concepts. Hands-on.
• Create a solutions/design pattern library for similar problems and advocate for them.
• Provide technical leadership and guide development teams.
• Set up best practices for design, coding, testing, security, monitoring, and release management.
• Interface with cloud, and customers' technical teams.
• Measuring and constantly improving developer productivity.
• Work with product managers to build application extensibility into design.
• Occasional project management is when a project is more technical-focused.
• Occasional people management in the absence of other senior leaders.

Requirements:

• Experience in backend multiple stacks like Python, Golang, and Node.
• Proven experience with full development life cycle for large-scale software products.
• Clear communication, decision-making, understanding, and explaining trade-offs.
• Engineering best practices - code quality, testability, security, and release management.
• Good knowledge of performance, scalability, software architecture, and networking.
• Capacity to think in abstract and also obsess about details.
• Experience designing microservices architecture.
• Strong bent on engineering culture and focused on improving the developer experience.
• Self-managed and motivated.
• Capacity to break complex problems and work on abstract problems.

Skills Required 

• 5+ years of strong programming experience on the .NET platform(C#.NET)
• Proficient with Web application development – we leverage ASP.NET MVC/Asp.net core / Web API / Typescript / Angular (open to candidates experienced with Web development and zeal to learn) 
• Experience building applications leveraging Azure (or AWS) 
• Hands on experience on Html, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap (or any other CSS framework) 
• Experience with SQL Server (Stored Procedures & UDF) and NoSQL (Cosmos DB or others) 
• Good grip on Fundamentals of CS, OOPS Concepts, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns and its usages 
• Ability to prepare both high level and low-level design of the system 
• Familiarity with TDD, CI/CD, GIT, DevOps 
• Experience with microservices architecture 
• Hands-on exposure to cloud technologies like( azure/ AWS)

Expectations 

• Provide technical leadership and functional help working closely with team members 
• Design, implement and maintain application within all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) on Microsoft Azure (or AWS)  
• Independently carry out the activities without much of guidance  
• Create, understand, and validate design and estimates and be able to justify them 
• Applies knowledge of principles and techniques to solve technical problems. 
• Works closely with other functions to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps 
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills and detail oriented 
• Comprehensive understanding of OOPS concepts, data structures, algorithms and product development techniques and theories  
• Should be able to design schema for enterprise level applications 
• Should be able to apply design patterns 
• Should be open to face new challenges and learn new technologies.
• Should be ready to create proof of concepts and explain the value created out of it.
• Responsible for Deliverables on time
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization 

 1.Experience in proper MERN Stack

 2.In depth knowledge of Node JS, Angular JS, MongoDB 

 3.Experience in implementing applications using AngularJS.

 4.Experience in creating front end applications using HTML 5, Angular JS, LESS/SASS 

 5.Javascript experience both on client as well as on server side

 6.Experience with MVC and MVVM design patterns

 7.Good experience with multiple third party API's integration

 8.Experience in MongoDB scaling and optimization

 9.Experience with cloud technologies AWS Lambda & EC2 setup

 10.Experience in creating RESTful based web services in JSON & XML

 11.PLUS to have additional experience in Angular 2+/

 12.Added experience in MySQL optimisation would be a great plus 

 13.Good communication, analytical and logical skills to understand and work with any kind of project requirements independently

Responsibilities :-

·        Discuss training plans with customers to build custom courses to suit their needs.

• Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
• Develop programs and processes that provide a service to industry, business, students, and/or other external/internal clients.
• Serve as technical assistant or point of contact with customer until 'go live' date and hand-off to support.
• Update course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance.
• Has a mix of being a technical instructor, a solution architect, and an evangelist.
• Coordination of training schedules to ensure the most efficient use of resources.
• Work in tandem with peers in technical training to develop best in class training department across all areas of training.
• Responsible for lectures, demonstration, discussion, and related instructional delivery methods.
• Deliver standard and customized training based on field needs and the delivery of new product and technology training in support of field readiness.
• Help to create, test, and review new and existing courseware.
• Build relationships with OCI product development teams to understand roadmaps and plan for content updates or new training offerings.
• Keep informed of and maintain proficiency with all company products.
• Coordinate logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes reserving classrooms, travel arrangements and preparing workstations.

• Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, business administration, computer science or railroad engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with LMS, Cloud, Cloud computing, computing, and Camtasia processes, software and systems.

• Can run expercies and other mechanisms.
• Prior consulting experience.
