We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer with expertise in SQL and MongoDB to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and users, as well as developing server-side logic. Your primary focus will be on the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Additionally, your experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases will be crucial in defining and maintaining our data storage solutions.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.

 Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.

 Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

 Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

 Implement security and data protection measures.

 Design and maintain database schemas for both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.

 Manage and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.

 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

 Minimum 4 years of experience in Node.js development.

 Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as Express.js.

 Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

 Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.

 Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and familiarity with their query languages.

 Familiarity with ORM libraries (e.g., Sequelize, Mongoose) for database interaction.

 Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

 Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

• Responsible for handling the direct sale (Field Sales) at the prospects site.

• 100% on field B2C sales Area- PAN Mumbai Navi Mumbai- Western, Central and Harbor

• Generation/ souring of prospects appointments for the sales.

• End to End Sales Profile- Generation of leads through Cold calling (Open Market), Scheduling Appointments with Prospect, personally meeting them and closing the sale.

• Effective delivery of the sales presentations at the prospects at his location.

• Handling the direct meetings, exhibition sales, web leads etc.

• Handling the HFRP (Happy Family Reference Programmes)

• Capable to handle the customer issues/ escalations effectively

• Good in the B2C sale that's to say CDSO (Customer Direct Sales Officer) profile

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of data tools, programming, and knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI, contributing to the growth and automation of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Visualization:

• Develop and manage data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Design and implement insightful dashboards using Power BI to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
• Extract and analyze complex data sets using SQL to generate actionable insights

2 Machine Learning & AI Models:

• Build and deploy machine learning models to optimize key business functions like discount management, lead qualification, and process automation.
• Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text extraction, analysis, and classification from customer documents.
• Implement and fine-tune Generative AI models and large language models (LLMs) for various business applications, including prompt engineering for automation tasks.

3 Automation & Innovation:

• Use AI to streamline document verification, data extraction, and customer interaction processes.
• Innovate and automate manual processes, creating AI-driven solutions for internal teams and customer-facing systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and generative AI, applying them to real-world business challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Expertise in building machine learning models and utilizing NLP techniques for text processing and automation.
• Experience in working with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI to create efficient and scalable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple, actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS. 
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture.

Skills Required: 

• At least 2 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds. 
• Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases. 
• Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j. 
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs. 
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks. 
• Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks. 
• Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications. 
• Familiar with NodeJS profiling tools. 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. 
• Good knowledge of creating and maintaining DevOps infrastructure on cloud platforms. 
• Should be a fast learner and a go-getter — without any fear of trying out new things Preferences. 
• Experience building a large scale social or location-based app.

This developer should have current hands-on experience with Core Java, Generics, Collections, Concurrency, and Design Patterns; experience with testing frameworks (JUnit/TestNG/Fitness) and concepts (Test Driven Development, Regression, and Parametric testing); knowledge of various configuration /source code management tools (SVN, Maven, Git); and developing software in Agile environment.
