Co - founder | DeepTech Startup

As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work directly with the founders and leadership team, gaining hands-on exposure to business strategy, operations, sales, marketing, and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic business initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Assist in preparing business presentations, proposals, reports, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress and ensure timely execution.
• Support business development, partnerships, and client engagement activities.
• Analyze business data and prepare dashboards and actionable insights.
• Assist in operational planning and process improvement initiatives.
• Follow up on action items from leadership meetings and maintain project trackers.
• Support special projects assigned by the Founder from time to time.

Eligibility

• Final-year students or recent graduates in:
• MBA
• BBA/BMS
• Engineering
• Commerce
• Economics
• Any relevant discipline
• Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and business strategy.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ownership mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Basic understanding of business operations, finance, or marketing.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.) is a plus.
