Business Development
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients and client information
- Prospecting new customers via phone, email, and social media
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
- Cold calling and making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for marketing programs
- Executing the said ideas to drive up sales.
Market research
- Analyze and interpret marketing and website data to provide meaningful insights to the Product development team and leadership team
- Research and explore new opportunities and create customer centric strategies for marketing
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Customer engagement
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Providing status updates to key stakeholders, product team, and leadership team
- Coordinate and support development of content for customer engagements
- Understand customer needs and assist the Product department to develop a Product Market Fit
Social Media Engagement Strategies-
- Develop and execute social media strategies including creating and adding content onto social media websites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Create content and conceptualize website design ideas that are simple and user friendly for our website
- Leverage customer insight data to refine digital content
Sales Executive Duties & Responsibilities:
- Discover and actively pursue fresh business prospects by engaging in proactive lead generation and prospecting initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Sales Executive Requirements -
- 0-1 years of experience in a comparable position
- Understanding of basic sales techniques, with a focus on consultative selling approaches.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities enabling effective engagement and influence over a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and analyze sales data.
- Basic knowledge about Office software, CRM, IBM, AWS, REDHAT
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree, additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
