Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept):

• Craft content that bridges the gap between tech buffs and novices—think blog posts, white papers, and landing pages.
• Play a pivotal role in content management and project coordination.
• Guide and inspire budding writers on our team.
• Join forces with SEO, development, and design maestros to produce stellar content.
• Ensure every word we publish is a masterpiece—optimised, insightful, and valuable.
• Work with the marketing and frontend developer on the feedback shared and amend design changes.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in content writing, especially in SaaS or content marketing realms.
• A flair for SEO and a penchant for NLP.
• The ability to decode complex tech puzzles and pen them down with finesse.
• Organizational prowess, self-driven spirit, and an eagle-eyed attention to detail.
• Prior experience of content marketing would be a big plus. 
• A sprinkle of experience in the cybersecurity world would be the cherry on top!
• Bonus: Familiarity with WordPress/Webflow CMS.

1. Understanding the clear requirements from the customer ( Internal / External)

2. Seek more relevant information if needed

3. Translate information into schematic or detail drawing as per requirements

4. Maintain FMS for faster recall

5. Create BOQ and BOM

6. Co-ordination with plant and other functions

• 2-5 years of software development experience especially in web development with open source technologies like PHP, Linux, etc.
• Good experience in object-oriented programming/modular programming.
• Strong understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks.
• Exposure to PHP framework Laravel is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Flutter is a plus.
• Knowledge of fundamentals like traits, namespace, OOPS, and interfaces will be preferred.
• Ability to do hands-on coding and pro-actively drive emphasis on quality, maintainable code.
• Ability to pick up new technologies quickly and effectively.
• Well-informed about all the latest technologies and developments in the industry.
• Self-motivated and Self-Starter - Looking for candidates who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction.
• Attention to detail and ability to conceptualize a concept.

About the Role:

As a part of the Tech team, you will be involved in solving technical challenges, working with modern databases and systems, design and architecture of components/services, and handling highly critical secure data.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll be working on our P2P and cryptocurrency exchange platforms to build more features around it.
• Understand the way current users interact with the chatbot and how to optimize the existing content.
• WazirX being a financial product, you’ll be involved in building tools to make our user’s data more secure.
• You will be working on blockchain technologies
• You will help maintain code quality and organization.
• We expect you to learn about new software technologies, and proactively look for ways to make WazirX better.

You'll be a good fit if:

• You’ve got 3 to 6 years of development experience.
• You’re an expert in writing background tasks, test-driven development.
• You’re an expert in Golang 
• You’re good at understanding and implementing multithreaded environments to improve the speed of the execution
• You enjoy collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• You’re committed to quality, and your code solves more problems than it creates ;)

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
