The role

You will find creators, get them on board, and make sure they deliver. That is the job. No hand-holding, no playbook handed to you. You figure it out.

What you will do

• Source and onboard niche creators across news, finance, politics, sports, and tech verticals
• Run cold outreach across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
• Build and own a creator pipeline from scratch
• Manage creator relationships, briefings, and deliverable timelines
• Use PR instincts to unlock hard-to-reach contacts and voices
• Work directly with the content team to align creator output with editorial goals

What we are looking for

• 1 to 3 years in influencer marketing, PR, creator relations, or talent management
• Proof that you have gotten access to people others could not
• Strong written communication in English and Hindi
• Generalist within the field, outreach, negotiation, tracking, all of it
• Someone who does not quit when a niche is hard to crack

This role involves revenue accounting and receivables processes for the business, ensuring accurate revenue accounting and in line with accounting standards and internal policies.

Key Deliverables (Essential Functions & Responsibilities)

Accounts Receivable Management

·         Oversee revenue accounting and reconciliation for E-commerce, Partner, and Store sales.

·         Ensure robust internal financial controls on accounts receivables, with a focus on improving collection efficiency.

·         Manage end-to-end accounts receivable operations PAN India, including team supervision and handling escalations.

·         Negotiate with banks for favorable merchant transaction rates and secure cash pickup services.

·         Ensure Partner/Marketplace reconciliations are current and escalate discrepancies in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting & Controls

·         Review and strengthen internal control systems to monitor cash and card collections, minimizing variances and discrepancies.

·         Conduct regular evaluations of PAN India financial transactions to ensure alignment with internal policies and procedures.

Audit & Governance

·         Ensure timely and accurate completion of internal and statutory audits related to revenue accounting and accounts receivable.

·         Maintain the security and confidentiality of financial documentation and records.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities

·         Manage e-voucher and gift card processes, as required.

·         Ensure adherence to revenue accounting standards for any new sales channels introduced, including proper execution of UAT for system changes.

·         Collaborate with the tax team to implement tax notifications and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Requirements

·         Strong domain expertise in Accounts Receivable and Financial Reporting.

How you fit in

Engineering is the executional function of EAGLE's software delivery wing. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you are expected to take control of complex B2C projects being built from scratch. Moreover, not only are you expected to write clean, tested, and maintainable code but you will also be a central part of a product team that iterates constantly, ships regularly, and learns continuously. In a nutshell: Transforming energy retail and supply through cutting-edge software and AI technology

The venture is in ‘stealth mode’ as we lay the foundations for blast-off. It has been launched by a team with a history of entrepreneurial successes. These include one in the climate change space which services the Californian and North America carbon markets, and another which provides highly refined machine learning software to the energy arena in Asia.
