Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Talent Acquisition: 

• Design and implement high-impact recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for niche,

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring plans with

• Act as a talent advisor, offering market intelligence, benchmarking insights, and best 

practices. 

Sourcing Excellence: 

• Leverage advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, 

Google X-ray search, and other platforms. 

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top talent, including passive candidates. 

• Drive talent mapping initiatives to stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements. 

Process Optimization: 

• Continuously improve recruitment cycle time and candidate experience. 

• Recommend and implement changes to recruitment policies and processes. 

• Lead automation and process improvement projects to enhance efficiency. 

Qualifications: 

• Graduate (preferably in Engineering) or Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Building multi-platform applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter development framework of Google.
• Collaborating with other developers to create, deploy, and maintain Flutter-based applications for different platforms.
• Performing app profiling and improving performance.
• Writing and reviewing multi-application codes
• Testing products to remove bugs and any malfunctioning aspects
