Role: Principal Software Engineer

We looking for a passionate Principle Engineer - Analytics to build data products that extract valuable business insights for efficiency and customer experience. This role will require managing, processing and analyzing large amounts of raw information and in scalable databases. This will also involve developing unique data structures and writing algorithms for the entirely new set of products. As the Head of Credit, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of credit underwriting, risk management, credit policy, ensuring that our lending practices align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices while maximizing profitability. Responsibilities:

• Head the Risk Policy, Credit Underwriting and Collection functions of NBFC / NBFI / Fintech lender / Debt fund from SEA, LATAM, etc.
• Facilitate the development and constant update of risk policies and related frameworks.
