Client relations managers -establish, develop, and nurture lasting relationships with customers
Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met.
➢ Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service.
➢ Always ask them for true feedback.
➢ Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection
of payment.
➢ Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.
➢ Give or support the participants/clients about company products or
services.
➢ Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to
the concern.

1. Coordinate and manage the managing director’s schedule, including meetings, appointments,
and travel arrangements.
2. EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS.
3. Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
4. Organize and coordinate meetings and work, conferences, and events, both internally and
externally.
5. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up on action items.
6. Track and manage expenses, ensuring accurate and timely submission of expense reports.
7. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.
