Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can handle both video editing and graphic designing tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to deliver high-quality content within deadlines.,

You will work closely with the marketing and creative team to create visually appealing videos, reels, thumbnails, banners, posters, and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, ads, and promotional campaigns.
• Create short-form video content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok-style videos.
• Add transitions, effects, subtitles, animations, music, and sound effects.
• Perform basic color correction and audio enhancement.
• Create engaging storytelling videos aligned with brand goals.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality.

Graphic Designing Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, banners, posters, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.
• Create visually attractive graphics for digital campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
• Design presentation materials and promotional graphics.
• Work with the marketing team to visualize campaign ideas.
• Create templates for regular content requirements.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of Illustrator is a plus.
• Understanding of motion graphics and visual effects.
• Knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, and export settings.
• Familiarity with AI editing tools is an advantage.

Creative Skills

• Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Good sense of design, typography, color combinations, and visual hierarchy.

Eligibility Criteria

• 0 – 3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Freshers with a goodportfolio can also apply.
• Graduate or diploma in any relevant field also without degree.
• Must submit portfolio/sample work.

Tools & Software Knowledge

Candidates should have working knowledge of:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Canva
• CapCut / VN Editor (Optional)

Salary Structure

Annual CTC: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA

(Equivalent to ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month)

Job Description

Purpose of the Job/ Role:

• As a Technical Lead, your work is a combination of hands-on contribution, customer engagement and technical team management. Overall, you’ll design, architect, deploy and maintain big data solutions.

Key Requisites:

• Expertise in Data structures and algorithms.

• Technical management across the full life cycle of big data (Hadoop) projects from requirement gathering and analysis to platform selection, design of the architecture and deployment.

• Scaling of cloud-based infrastructure.

• Collaborating with business consultants, data scientists, engineers and developers to develop data solutions.

• Led and mentored a team of data engineers.

• Hands-on experience in test-driven development (TDD).

• Expertise in No SQL like Mongo, Cassandra etc, preferred Mongo and strong knowledge of relational databases.

• Good knowledge of Kafka and Spark Streaming internal architecture.

• Good knowledge of any Application Servers.

• Extensive knowledge of big data platforms like Hadoop; Hortonworks etc.

• Knowledge of data ingestion and integration on cloud services such as AWS; Google Cloud; Azure etc. 

Skills/ Competencies Required

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise (9 or more out of 10) in at least one modern programming language, like Python, or Java.

• Clear end-to-end experience in designing, programming, and implementing large software systems.

Academic Qualifications & Experience Required

Required Educational Qualification & Relevant Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline from a well-known institute.

• Minimum 7 - 10 years of work experience as a developer in an IT organization (preferably Analytics / Big Data/ Data Science / AI background.

1. Create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in your respective areas of operation

1. To work directly with the distributor and the sales executives in designing and implementing key marketing campaigns.
