The CRM executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction through effective management of customer data and interactions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behavior and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction. This may involve developing loyalty programs, creating personalized messaging, and analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • The CRM Executive will need to work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted and personalized campaigns that are designed to increase customer engagement and drive sales. This may involve segmenting the customer database based on customer behavior and developing campaigns that are tailored to each segment.
  • The CRM Executive will be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This may involve analyzing customer behavior, purchase patterns, and engagement levels to identify areas where improvements can be made.
