The CRM executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction through effective management of customer data and interactions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behavior and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction. This may involve developing loyalty programs, creating personalized messaging, and analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- The CRM Executive will need to work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted and personalized campaigns that are designed to increase customer engagement and drive sales. This may involve segmenting the customer database based on customer behavior and developing campaigns that are tailored to each segment.
- The CRM Executive will be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This may involve analyzing customer behavior, purchase patterns, and engagement levels to identify areas where improvements can be made.
- The CRM Executivewill be responsible for developing and maintaining customer databases to ensure data accuracy. This may involve implementing data quality checks, creating data cleansing processes, and ensuring that customer data is up-to-date and accurate.
- The CRM Executivewill need to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints. This may involve collaborating with customer service teams, marketing teams, and sales teams to ensure that the customer experience is consistent and positive.
- The CRM Executivewill be responsible for managing customer feedback and ensuring timely resolution of issues. This may involve developing processes for handling customer complaints, monitoring customer feedback channels, and collaborating with customer service teams to address issues in a timely manner.
- The CRM Executive will need to monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer retention and satisfaction. This may involve tracking customer engagement levels, retention rates, and customer satisfaction scores, and providing regular reports to senior management.
- The CRM Executivewill need to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRM. This may involve attending industry events, reading industry publications, and networking with other professionals in the field to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices.
- Set KPIs to measure campaign results, drive insights and recommendations and communicate these clearly and accurately back to the business, helping to inform business decisions and future campaigns iterations
- The right candidate must have excellent attention to detail. Whether it's managing customer data or following strict instructions for dog care, attention to detail is essential to avoid errors and provide high-quality service.
- The right candidate should have a passion for dogs, should have a high emotional quotient and ideally should have been a pet parent having genuine love for dogs.
