About the job -
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop new business by prospecting target accounts, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Take ownership of the entire sales funnel.
- Conduct cold outreach activities across various channels such as calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and product pitches with prospects to understand their needs, use cases, budgets, etc., and align them with Abmiro's product and value proposition.
- Give live demos or conduct face-to-face meetings with the customers and make them understand how our product can enhance their productivity/address their concern areas.
- Follow-up with the customers through our various marketing material and handle the complete relationship till the client signs the contract.
- Provide constant feedback to the technical team for enhancement of the product.
- Update and maintain real time data on the sales pipeline using CRM.
- Keep abreast of Abmiro's solutions and products, and develop deep knowledge of them.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with both potential and existing clients.
- Discover and implement new lead generation strategies specific to the market to supplement inbound lead generation, working closely with the Marketing, Inside Sales, and Partnership teams.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development in selling technology-based products and services in domestic and/or global markets.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales quota on a monthly and yearly basis.

What does a Digital Marketing Manager do?
You should have a firm grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and budget.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, paid advertising, market research, email and social media campaigns.
- Maintaining Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads platforms
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence for the Restaurant / Hospitality Industry.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Experience in working with Canva-like design tools
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad-serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

About the Job:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer (PHP Laravel) you will work closely with the Engineering Head, and the rest of the engineering team to build and scale Rekart platform.
This role will act as a great springboard to accelerate career growth & transition into a Tech Lead level role.
Your primary focus will be the
- Development of server-side logic, building new services and APIs
- Developing core business logic, supporting the maintenance of current APIs, reviewing work
- Improving the performance and reliability of our systems as we rapidly scale our product and organization.
- An effective Senior Software Engineer will be a self-motivated learner; and a highly creative engineer having obsessive attention towards detail and thoroughness.
About the Candidate (You!):

Must Haves
- You've been building large scale critical web applications professionally for 5+ years
- You are proficient in building RESTful APIs, PHP Laravel and MySQL
- Should have good level knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular(Vue.js or React), Type scripting, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap
- Professional level expertise OOP, databases(relational and document) and design pattern knowledge
- Strong background in building secure, reliable and efficient SaaS application.
- Familiar with modern engineering practices: Git, Code Reviews, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, Automated Testing, etc
- Good knowledge of AWS, Ubuntu(Any Linux) and Server Management, Shell scripting and Jenkins
- You write understandable, testable code with an eye towards maintainability and experience in TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Explaining complex technical concepts to designers, support team, and fellow engineers is not a problem for you.
- You create code by understanding the long-term impact of it in system and not just a patch to make things work.
