Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Senior Business Development Associate who excels at communication, relationship-building, and converting leads into long-term learners. Ideal for candidates who can clearly present value, understand student needs, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students/clients via calls, chats, and meetings
- Clearly explain courses, outcomes, and value propositions
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 1–5 years in sales/business development (EdTech preferred)
- Excellent verbal & written communication (must-have)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a customer-first approach
Core Strength:
Ability to communicate confidently, build trust, and drive conversions.
Role Overview
Drive student enrollments by counselling prospective learners and guiding them toward the right career programs.
Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students on programs and outcomes

- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Sales/EdTech experience preferred
- Target-driven mindset
Profile: BDA / Sr. BDA
Position: Business Development Associate (BDA) / Senior BDA
Experience Required: 0–6 Years (EdTech background preferred)
Education: Graduate (Any Discipline)
CTC: ₹7 LPA – ₹11.4 LPA
Preference: Immediate Joiners
Role & Responsibilities:
- Explore and generate new business opportunities within the EdTech industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams to accelerate business expansion
- Keep track of market trends and competitor strategies
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven interest in sales and business development
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced setup
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools
