We are looking for an experienced **Senior HR Executive** to manage and support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

### Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts

• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and orientation

• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

• Manage attendance, leave, and absenteeism tracking

• Support monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, and payroll coordination with Finance

• Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, policies, and grievances

• Support performance appraisals, goal setting, and probation reviews

• Coordinate employee engagement, rewards, and recognition initiatives

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, labour laws, and statutory requirements

• Support learning and development and training coordination

• Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards for management

• Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations

• Assist with HR audits and compliance reporting

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets in theHORECA segment.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including hotels, restaurants, chefs, andcatering companies.

• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Manage pricing, negotiations, and contracts in alignment with company policies.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams for smooth order fulfilment.

• Track sales funnel performance, prepare reports, and present progress to leadership.
