Key Responsibilities and Skills š§āš»Ā
* Client Support: Assist clients with queries related to software, accounting, and GST by delivering high-quality solutions.
* Software Training: Lead training sessions to help clients make the most of the software.
* Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with a skilled technical team and stay updated with new software featuresāthere's always something new to learn!
* Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic knowledge of accounting and GST, familiarity with remote tools like Anydesk or TeamViewer is a plus.
Education š
* Commerce graduate preferred (freshers with knowledge of accounting and GST are welcome!)
* 12th Pass with experience in Customer Support (preferably in Software Products) can also apply.
Working Hours: ā° Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
