About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, MLOps, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable ML models, deploying them in production, and working with modern AI frameworks, including GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

·      Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business problems

·      Work on end-to-end ML lifecycle: data preprocessing, model building, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring

·      Implement and manage MLOps pipelines for scalable and reproducible workflows

·      Utilize tools like MLflow for experiment tracking, model versioning, and lifecycle management

·      Develop and integrate Generative AI (GenAI) solutions such as LLM-based applications

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to translate requirements into AI solutions

·      Optimize model performance and ensure production stability

·      Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI ecosystems

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      4+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning

·      Strong programming skills in Python

·      Hands-on experience with ML modeling techniques (supervised, unsupervised, NLP, etc.)

·      Solid understanding of MLOps practices and tools

·      Experience with MLflow or similar model lifecycle tools 

·      Practical experience in Generative AI (GenAI), including working with LLMs

·      Experience with libraries/frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch

·      Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics

·      Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus

Good to Have

·      Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or RAG pipelines

·      Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

·      Knowledge of data engineering workflows 

ReactNative ● Proficient in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. ● Expertise in state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.). ● Hands-on experience with react-navigation and deep linking. ● Solid understanding of Expo (both managed and bare workflows). ● Knowledge of native development (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Java/Kotlin for Android). ● Experience with custom native module bridging and native UI integration. ● Strong debugging skills using tools like Flipper and Chrome DevTools. ● Familiarity with Jest, React Native Testing Library. ● Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data (WebSockets). ● Ability to manage OTA updates with EAS Update and configure EAS Build. ● Experience in app publishing and release lifecycle on both Play Store and App Store. ● Knowledge of secure storage, token handling, and app-level security practices.

Role: Mobile Automation Engineer (SDET) — On-site, India

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable mobile test automation frameworks for Android and iOS using Appium, Espresso, XCUITest or equivalent tools to support continuous delivery.
• Create and own automated test suites (functional, regression, UI, and smoke) that run reliably in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) and on cloud device farms (BrowserStack/Sauce Labs).
• Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners to translate requirements into test strategies, write robust test cases, and automate end-to-end and integration scenarios (including API tests).
• Investigate, triage, and debug failures — use device logs, ADB, Xcode traces, and performance tools to isolate flakiness and reliability issues and drive fixes.
• Integrate automated tests into build pipelines, enforce quality gates, and provide actionable reporting and metrics for release readiness.
• Advocate and implement test automation best practices: code quality, modular frameworks, reusability, CI parallelization, and maintainable test data strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• 3+ years in mobile QA/automation with hands-on experience in Appium or native frameworks (Espresso/XCUITest) across Android and iOS.
• Strong programming skills in Java/Kotlin or Swift and working knowledge of Python or JavaScript for scripting and test tooling.
• Experience integrating automated suites into CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) and executing on real & virtual device clouds (BrowserStack/Sauce Labs).
• Practical experience with API testing (REST), test frameworks (TestNG/JUnit/Mocha), and source control (Git).
