Position Overview

We are seeking a creative thinker and design enthusiast with a strong foundation in graphic design, UI/UX principles, and website layout design. Key Responsibilities

🎨 Design & UI/UX

• Craft engaging UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups aligned with client requirements.

🖌️ Graphic Design

• Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ensure brand consistency across typography, color schemes, and visual elements.

🤝 Collaboration & Research

• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design outcomes.

📈 Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver fresh and modern solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or related field.
• 💼 Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / UI-UX Designer (Portfolio required).
• 🛠️ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• 🖥️ Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.

Role & Responsibilities:

AWS Cloud Management:

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure

scalability, security, and reliability.

• Oversee the implementation of best practices for cloud resource utilization.

Automated Provisioning:

• Drive the development and maintenance of automated provisioning processes for

infrastructure deployment, leveraging tools such as Terraform and Packer.

• Continuously enhance deployment workflows to optimize efficiency.

Financial Operations (FinOps):

• Implement and champion FinOps practices to optimize cloud costs and resource

utilization.

• Conduct regular cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings without

compromising performance.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

• Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain IaC scripts for infrastructure

configuration and deployment.

• Ensure version control and consistency in infrastructure code across projects.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and

support.\

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement.

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

• Drive the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to automate software

delivery processes.

• Ensure seamless and reliable application deployments across environments.

Monitoring and Optimization:

• Implement monitoring solutions for cloud resources and applications.

• Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system

performance.

Role Overview:

The SEO Analyst is responsible for optimizing the organization’s online presence by improving search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and enhancing user engagement. This role requires expertise in SEO strategies, analytics, and a strong understanding of mental health-related content to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy Development and Execution:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value terms relevant to mental health services and integrate them into the content strategy.

• Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and keywords.
• Ensure that content adheres to SEO best practices while maintaining accuracy and sensitivity in mental health-related topics.

1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
• Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO efforts and provide regular reports to the marketing team.

• Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance, such as page speed, mobile usability, and broken links.
• Ensure the website is optimized for search engine crawlers and adheres to the latest algorithm updates.

1. Competitor and Market Analysis:

• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market.
• Research emerging SEO techniques and tools to maintain a competitive edge in the mental health sector.

1. Local SEO:

• Develop and manage local SEO strategies to enhance visibility in specific geographic areas.
• Optimize Google My Business profiles and manage location-based search strategies.

1. Collaboration and Training:

• Work closely with content creators, developers, and social media teams to align SEO initiatives with broader marketing goals.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on SEO best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience as an SEO Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in optimizing content for the mental health or healthcare sector is mandatory.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic coding practices is a plus.

3) Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

4) Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.

5) Experience with databases and ORM frameworks (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQLAlchemy, Hibernate).
