Position Summary:

As Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SailPoint IdentityNow (IIQ) solutions to ensure effective identity governance and access management across our enterprise. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, develop solutions that align with business objectives, and oversee the deployment and integration of SailPoint technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and Design Solutions:

= Design and architect SailPoint IIQ solutions that meet business needs and align with IT strategy.

= Develop detailed technical designs, including integration points, workflows, and data models.

Implementation and Integration:

= Lead the implementation and configuration of SailPoint IIQ, including connectors, identity governance, and compliance features.

= Integrate SailPoint with various systems, applications, and directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, databases).

Project Management

= Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful deployment of SailPoint IIQ solutions.

= Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address project requirements, risks, and issues.

Customization and Development:

= Customize SailPoint IIQ functionalities, including developing custom connectors, workflows, and rules.

= Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture, configurations, and customizations.

Support and Troubleshooting:

= Provide ongoing support for SailPoint IIQ implementations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

= Conduct regular reviews and performance tuning to optimize the SailPoint environment.

Compliance and Best Practices:

= Ensure SailPoint IIQ implementations adhere to industry best practices, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

= Stay current with SailPoint updates and advancements, and recommend improvements and enhancements.

Collaboration and Training:

= Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

= Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on SailPoint IIQ functionalities and best practices.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions, with a strong focus on SailPoint IIQ.
3. Proven experience in designing and implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions in complex environments.

Technical Skills:

1. Expertise in SailPoint IIQ architecture, configuration, and customization.
2. Strong knowledge of identity governance, compliance, and role-based access control (RBAC).
3. Experience with integration of SailPoint with various systems and applications.
4. Proficiency in Java, XML, SQL, and other relevant technologies.

Certification Preferred:

1 SailPoint IIQ Certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer).

2 Other relevant IAM or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).

Founding Engineer:

As a Founding Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching our product to customers. Specifically,

• Since our team is lean and we plan to keep it that way - you’ll be one of the first five engineers in leading the zero-to-one journey of a product our customers are hungry for
• Lead technical design and implementation of the frontend and backend of the product with coaching and mentorship from world-class technical architects
• Have knowledge of (or learn) how to work with Shopify’s CLI
• Iterate quickly to create delightful user experiences, working closely with customers/ design partners
• Help us hire a world-class engineering team in the months ahead
• Our team is currently fully remote (with offices to be opened in Bangalore and Mumbai over next few months) and cross-border across San Francisco, Boston, and India - help us cultivate a remote-first, inclusive, diverse, and friendly culture
• Work directly with the founders with an ownership mindset

Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience working with backend tech stacks (e.g. Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, Django, Laravel)
• Experience with service service-oriented architecture, writing REST APIs, unit testing, and architectural design
• Understanding of modern web stacks and architecture (HTTP, REST, GraphQL, WebSockets)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and other technologies (e.g. Mysql, Redis, Kafka)
• Prior experience working with frontend tech stacks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Prior experience working with frontend UI frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)

• should have at least 5 years of proven experience in .net core with entity framework
• You need to work on the existing .net application to create new web APIs with the latest standards using the .net core in the entity framework

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience working in the IT industry as a domain consultant and/or product owner and should be part of at least 2 complete IT project life execution cycles.

Pricing and Launch Steering

• We are looking for a success-oriented candidate who has a proven track record of IT consulting in the automotive domain.
• The candidate will have to define business/process models for automotive clients taking into account Industry best practices
• Work closely with global teams and business stakeholders in the automotive industry to drive business workshops to define requirements, develop product backlog, and elaborate functional specifications for an IT solution. The candidate should also be able to analyze requirements, model as-is and to be process and support business during testing.
• Should own and drive domain/ business thread of large IT programs ensuring that the solution exceeds client expectations.
• Lead the consulting team for client engagements and actively support /lead sales opportunities.

Preferred

• Minimum of 10 years manufacturing experience in one of the global automotive OEMs is a MUST and should demonstrate strong proficiency across the Auto Industry value chain and related best practices
• Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in agile methodology performing the role of a product owner with certification in CSPO. Should also have worked on at least 1 agile tool (eg. JIRA). Should have expertise in at least 1 process modeling tool or BPM tool.
• Should have at least 10 years of experience in managing teams, including recruitment, coaching & mentoring, and performance management.
• Have led teams for client engagements and actively supported /led sales opportunities & RFPs working closely with senior managers, client engagement managers, and sales teams.
• Should be ready for extensive travels within and outside the county. Should have experience in working in a multi-cultural team spread in multiple time zones.
• Should have proven academic records and display thought leadership with a deep understanding of the latest technology trends in the automotive industry
• Conversant with spoken and written English.
