Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced and hands-on Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development with solid experience in leading teams, conducting code reviews, and designing technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

• Minimum 7+ Years of total IT experience with at least 5+ Years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Hands-on experience with :

• .NET Development
• Plugin Development
• JavaScript
• Power Automate
• Power Pages and Canvas App Development.
• Proven technical leadership experience with team handling, code reviews, and technical design/solutioning.

Good to Have :

• Exposure to Azure technologies such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Experience in deployment activities and release management.

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in backend development, with proficiency in Python and/or Golang.
• Strong experience in front-end technologies, particularly React.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Apache Spark is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward tackling challenges

Strong knowledge on Batch monitoring and scheduling experience of any of Control-M, autosys, D-Series scheduler tools. ?Build and validate job flows, calendar requirements, and scheduling criteria. ?Must be able to analyze business requirements procedures and problems to smooth migration of jobs flows and scheduled systems ?Should actively involve for any batch related issue and provide the fix before SLA. ?Knowledge of ITSM tools like service now, JIRA & Incident/Change Request process. ?Willing to provide the 24/7 support ?Ability to work on Mass schedule changes without any scheduling issue. ?Should perform Holiday schedule changes. ?Should know how to define or change the report. Analyzing schedule dependencies and interfacing with application support teams. Scheduling different kinds of batch production job flows including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly yearly schedules. Scheduling setting up testing jobs for the scheduling test system. Process Skills: ?Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive Interest in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems. ?Should be able to provide training and KT to staff members of Control-M. ?Knowledge of Incident and Change management process as per ITIL. ?On-call support and handling issues as per business priority Behavioral Skills: Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Proven ability in developing relationships with stakeholders, understanding detailed business requirements across multiple project initiatives Ability to steer technology direction and provide appropriate training to the team. Technical Skills & Competencies: Mandatory:

Web Development – HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Frameworks – ReactJS/AngularJS

Server-side development – Python/Django/Node.js

Database: SQL or NoSQL Databases (SQL Server/ MongoDB)

API Design concepts and Development of RESTful web services

Preferable:

• Familiarity with the Development of reusable frameworks, libraries to be used by multiple development teams

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work independently or in a small team setup
• Manage a team of highly skilled Frontend/Full Stack and Backend developers
• Creating, executing, and maintaining project plans including activity definition, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration, and resource requirements
• Work with the technical team, communicating requirements and ensuring all product development meets the goals of the project and overall business and strategic goals
• Project management including release management, add-on compatibility reporting, updating documentations
• Assist in other ad-hoc or administrative tasks as part of daily/routine business activities
• Work with product technical architects to design new products or enhancements. Take part in system development including analysis, coding, and testing
• Performs design and code reviews with senior technical staff
• Act like the person everyone turns to resolve tough technical problems
• Work closely with other teams/vendors to connect front-end components with the other (often third-party) web and data services and support the back-end developers by integrating their work with the application
• Mentors team on proper standards/techniques to improve their accuracy and efficiency
• Performs the unit testing, system integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing
• Articulates business requirements in sufficient detail such that a technical solution can be designed and engineered
• Develops technical understanding of how the data flows from various source
• Provide ongoing support to applications used within the organization

Requirement

• 5+ years of experience in product development, with 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in current organization
• Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional debugging skills and strong experience with performance tuning
• Excellent technical, analytical, and organizational skills
• Good range of hands-on technical experience
• Expert knowledge in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Expert understanding of Node.js and JavaScript
• Familiarity with code revisioning and repo maintenance on Git, code profiling and auditing

• 2 to 4 years experience in MERN stack
• Good problem-solving technique
• Knowledge of AWS ecosystem is a plus
• Experience in FinTech is a big plus

• 2-4 years of demonstrable hands-on work in web-based application development experiences in a professional environment, including interaction design for dynamic, data-driven applications (not HTML based website) delivered via the web, or the equivalent.
