○ Review state-of-the-art research and experiment with new models,

algorithms, architectures - around agentic AI, recommendation /

personalisation models and agent based marketing modeling / simulation

○ Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of AI

● Solution development:

○ Lead development of practical, scalable and reliable AI solutions for our

customers

○ Lead model development, training and fine-tuning of both Gen AI a

traditional AI models

● Data strategy & management: Formulate and execute strategy to source, ingest

and process critical data to feed our research projects and AI/ML solutions

● Team Building: Participate in building out the rest of our research and engineering

team

● Experience -

○ 2+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning or applied

research (academic or industry)

○ Experience with recommendation models (such as DeepFM, DLRM and

others), personalisation or reinforcement learning models

○ Understanding of common AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch,

TensorFlow, Numpy, Scikit Learn etc.

○ Programming knowledge in languages such Python or Scala

○ Experience with image/video models would be an added advantage

○ Experience with any marketing specific modeling techniques also a pl

● Mindset -

○ Resourceful, willing to experiment and work in an ambiguous, early stage,

fast-changing environment

○ Excited to innovate and solve challenging problems from first principal

○ Masters degree program in Computer Science, ECE or associated programs -

Data Science, Statistics, AI/ML etc. PhD is a plus, but not mandatory

○ Strong foundation in Mathematics & Statistics

JOB SUMMARY

Position - Lead UI 

Location - Bangalore. 

Take part to the development and the maintenance of the FM SAAS Platform.

• Write technical designs (conception, architecture, data model)
• Maintain/enhance CI/CD processes ( Basic Knowledge is mandatory)
• Develop and maintain the platform

Senior Sourcing Manager:

• 8+ years directly applicable Supply Chain experience
• Possess a working knowledge of manufacturing principles, particularly in the technology industry
• Working knowledge of Quality Principles, Continuous Improvement and Process Implementation (DMAIC, Lean Mfg, Kaizen)
• Experience with contract management, project management, and supplier relationship management
• Proven experience with detailed data analysis leading to strategic sourcing recommendations and decisions.

1. We are looking for Javascript wizards who can work with designers, product managers to collaboratively own the front-end, building responsive and elegant mobile+desktop web UIs at Mobishaala. Bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
