Customer Support executive

• Manage the end-to-end tender submission process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted accurately and on time.

• Review tender requirements and documentation to understand the scope of work, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria.

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, legal, and operations, to gather the required information for bid preparation.

• Conduct pre-qualification assessments to determine the company's eligibility for participating in specific tenders.
• 
  
• Prepare technical specifications and develop comprehensive proposals that address the client's requirements.
• 
  
• Handle customer relationship management (CRM) activities, maintaining accurate records of interactions and correspondence related to the tender process.
• 
  
• Participate in post-tender processes, such as negotiations and contract finalization, if the tender is awarded to our company.
• 
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes related to tendering and procurement.
• 
  
• Prepare and submit tender proposals within design

Responsibilities:

• Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
• Monitor all operations that affect the quality.
• Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians, and other staff.
• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
• Appraise customers' requirements and make sure they are satisfied.
• Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action.
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
• Review current standards and policies.
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.
• Ensure all legal standards are met.
• Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.

Requirements:

• Key requirements: Functional Testing, Automation, Base24 JIRA, API.

• 2+ yrs of experience into MEAN stack Development
• Hands on Experience into MEAN, Node.js, Angular 6+ Versions, HTML5, CSS, Jquery,
• Building Single Page Applications (SPAs) with Angular JavaScript coding
• Designing and developing user interfaces using angularJS best practices.
• Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.
• Writing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Developing product analysis tasks.
• Making complex technical and design decisions for AngularJS projects.
• Developing application codes and unit tests in AngularJS, Java Technologies, and Rest Web Services.
• Conducting performance tests.
• Consulting with the design team.
• Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar Roles and Responsibilities
• Present design specifications
• Build, deploy and maintain websites
• Troubleshoot website problems
• Monitor website traffic
• Desired Candidate Proficiency

• Min 2 end to end implementations in SAP Enterprise Portal.
• Working knowledge on SAP portal system administration, content admin and user management, creation of Roles, iViews etc.
• Familiarity in NWDS/NWDI (Different perspectives and their use) and NWDI Track creation.
• SAP Enterprise Portal (PCD, KM, UWL and System Objects).
• Experience in WebDynpro ABAP and JAVA application.

• Strong in problem solving, algorithms and data structures
• Proficient in Python
• Hands on experience in technologies and tools related to any of NLP, Deep learning, Machine learning, Conversational AI
• Experience with knowledge Graph or any graph based system is plus
• Able to train and deploy models
• Broad knowledge of machine learning algorithms and principles
• Performance profiling and Tuning
• Communicate and propose solutions to business challenges
• Familiarity with at least one of the cloud computing infrastructure - GCP/AWS
• Keep abreast with the latest technological advances
