Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards

• A deep understanding of services to translate complex information into simple, polished, and engaging content

• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience

• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write manuals, Blogs and technical documentation

• Communicating and collaborating with the team to analyse information needs and functional requirements

• Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1. Preparation of Drawings, Estimates, Calculations, etc for covered and not covered items (MEP) for running properties.
2. Prepare technical documentation for structural and MEP works.
3. Preparing Queries/ Clarifications getting cleared from a consultant.
4. Preparing the bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per the drawing.
5. Comparison of BOQ with Technical specifications.
6. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering execution works
7. MEP Engineer has to identify problems in the execution, planning, managing, and delivering of multiple projects.

Required Candidate profile

1. Preparation of detailed specifications for selected items.
2. Preparation of RA Bills & certification.
3. Reconciliation of materials and certification of RA bills of contractors to the management for every month

• Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional service.
• Should be open to travel and explain the products of clients to relevant stakeholders
• Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
• Regularly interacting with clients and their audience through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
• Identifying ways to overcome clients' challenges
• Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
• Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Training and providing overall guidance to other fellow members.
• Organizing training seminars to enable clients to engage with the stakeholders
• Should be proficient in using excel.
• Should have 1-3 years of experience
• Mediator between the clients and different departments in the organization.

Roles and responsibilities

Requirements

1. Experience in building web applications with proficiency in PHP/Laravel
2. Extensive knowledge of advanced JavaScript concepts
3. Ability to implement and work with 3rd party APIs and other REST-Based APIs.
4. Experienced in HTML5/CSS3, jQuery, and responsive design.
5. Understanding of how a CDN works. 
6. Understanding of security and data protection in web applications
7. Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git or SVN. 
8. Basic understanding of RDBMS.
9. Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS. 
10. Solid Foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system designs.
11. 2 - 5 years experience

Good to have

1. Understanding of CRM tool like Hubspot
2. Have worked in developing SEO friendly pages
3. Basic knowledge of AWS
4. Understanding of WordPress codebase and plugin development
