Job Description

• 0-1 year of experience working on (Web, SaaS Dashboards, Android & IoS Apps).
• An impressive portfolio/case study to back that High proficiency with Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or any other prototyping tool
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent understanding of basics in UI Design such as (Grids, typography, and defining visual hierarchy)
• Applied knowledge of UX Processes, methods, and Principles.
• Impressive communication skills and ability to convey your ideas.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling User Interfaces designed to keep the user and their needs at the centre.
• Design intuitive UX deliverables for web and mobile enterprise applications.
• Understand the brief, align with the customer's business, goals, and milestones, and reflect that in the work done.
• Work closely with the Design Lead to ensure that your concepts meet our customer's expectations and will deliver the desired results.
• Create low to high-fidelity mock-ups with pixel-perfect designs to be handed off to the development team that clearly illustrate how sites function.
• Create a BrandGuide / Logo Process if required by stakeholders.
• Work with the development team to ensure pixel-perfect outcomes of the front-end assets
• They should be enthusiastic about sharing their ideas and proactively participate and collaborate on projects with the team.

• Knowledge of Adobe Aftereffects is Mandatory
• Create Video Content for User Acquisition and User Engagement. Marketing Videos, Educational Videos and Training Videos.
• An expert at telling a story through visual design, editing raw video footage, and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
• Ability to fully understand the marketing team's needs and specifications
• Create and follow an editorial calendar and collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of the videos
• Ensure strict adherence to the style guides, tone, and voice of the company

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation or Diploma in Computers
• Good knowledge of PHP,HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery
• Knowledge of RDBMS
• Banking/ NBFC/ Financial Institution background will be a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team setting    

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for Operational Automations and efficiencies, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Improve Tracking Experience and manage 3PL Logistic Integrations
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
• Drive RTO Reduction rates

• Engineering or an MBA graduate from a reputed university
• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer and/or b2b startups that have attained scale
• Experience identifying business opportunities, building a product strategy, and influencing deliver against a multi-year roadmap
• Understands core technologies utilised in their product domain and is fluent in pros and cons of technical alternatives
• Good understanding of acquisition and retention funnels
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a fast paced and an unstructured environment. Thrives in ambiguity and rapidly changing environment
• Hands-on experience of both qualitative and quantitative research methods such as AB testing, data analytics, and user research
• Robust understanding of complex and scalable technical architecture for web and mobile applications
• Problem solver with strong analytical skills and comfort with data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
