Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
• Ensure compatibility across Android and iOS platforms with a single codebase.
• Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and other tools.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design requirements effectively.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure smooth integration of services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Address performance bottlenecks and fix bugs in existing applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and resolve issues proactively.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Flutter development.
• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance app performance and user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycle and best practices.
• Knowledge of state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc/Cubit.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of Material Design principles and platform-specific guidelines.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter applications.
• Experience in implementing animations and transitions in Flutter.
• Published apps on Google Play Store or Apple App Store

Role Description:

We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer (  Preferably React Js) who will be architecting and developing cutting-edge features for Radiusagent web applications . An ideal candidate will have prior experience in eCommerce Products and worked closely with Product, Design, and other cross-functional partners. 

Responsible for- 

• You will be constantly and consistently implementing new features and optimize existing ones from controller-level to UI- Vigilantly and rapidly fix bugs.
• You will continuously solve problems to give our customers a delightful experience.
• You will be working closely with Product manager and back-end engineers to implement front-end solutions. 
• You will be endorsing upcoming standards, launching, iterating, and making a difference.
• You will have to be extremely detail-oriented to strive for pixel-perfect implementation in all browsers.
• You should have the ability to write well-abstracted, reusable, highly performant code for UI components.
• You should have the passion for performance debugging and benchmarking.

Requirement-

• 5+ years of experience in building scalable commercial web applications.
• A passion to provide a good user experience
• Deep expertise in Javascript and work experience in using one of the frameworks available (React JS, Angular, Node JS, EmberJS, etc).
• If you are passionate about implementing elegant User Interfaces using HTML and CSS.
• Ability to work autonomously and to be able to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, good visual design sense, in-depth experience in developing web-based applications.

Technology is at the heart of our organization. We have a strong engineering team and we're looking for an experienced engineer to lead our backend engineering team. As part of the tech team, you will Understand product requirements and brainstorm ways to address them

Must-haves

1. At least 4 years experience in a product based company
2. Experience working with distributed environments at scale
3. Strong command on at least one Object Oriented Programming language
4. Experience leading developers for large scale products
5. Demonstrated capability to design and architect products built for scale
6. Deep knowledge of multiple AWS services
7. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Good to have

1. Experience with at least one among C++, Java
2. Experience with Linux file systems
3. Familiarity with agile development methodologies
