The Role:

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at PyjamaHR, you'll build the applications and interfaces that bring our AI capabilities to life. This isn't about training models—it's about implementing, integrating, and optimizing Generative AI within robust full-stack applications. You'll work across our entire technology ecosystem to create seamless experiences that leverage AI to solve real recruitment challenges. Your code will directly impact how companies discover, evaluate, and hire talent.

Who We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of full-stack development experience building production applications
• Experience implementing and integrating Generative AI into web applications
• Expertise with either Django/React or Node.js/React technology stacks
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
• Proven ability to build performant, scalable web applications
• Excellence in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend development
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles
• Product-minded approach to engineering decisions
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

High-quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines

- Strong integration and architectural knowledge with Agile methodology

- Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business, Testing Team and systems analysts

- Demonstrated experience in leading medium- to large-scale projects to successful completion and implementation

- Involvement in Team management activities with their own work (like code review, team guidance/mentoring, status reporting)

- Build API’s that integrate with all majors ERP, CRM, and other systems

- Be the first point of escalation for technical issues and resolve issues working with stakeholders

- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and deliver multiple projects simultaneously

• 2+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka)
• Microservices
• Any Caching Mechanism
• Good at problem solving

• 4+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms is a plus.

Job Description:

Expert in Collibra for implementation of Governance workflow, data cataloguing, data lineage, integrations, data assets etc.

Well versed with Message events

Understand Data modelling and have good knowledge in other areas of data governance.

Setting up Collibra on cloud (preferred) and on onprem

Must have understanding on defining data policy and standard

Collibra certified

Strong Knowledge on Databases

Knowledge of Insurance/Claims domain would be good to have

• Create Email, SMS & push campaigns to increase conversions rates & repeat purchases
• creating user journeys using marketing automation tool (web engage) to increase retention rates (purchases from returning users)
• A/B testing the campaigns to increase CTRs, open rates & conversions from the campaigns

Requirement

• Should have exposure of working on D2C (Direct to Consumer)/B2C (Business to Consumer) brands E-commerce websites

Skill required

• Expertise in creating email & SMS campaigns
• Analytical mindset
• Prior experience with web engage is an added advantage
• Candidates working for B2C or D2C background is mandatory.
• Expertise in retention and retargeting campaigns is an added value.
• Candidates who can join immediately or max 15 days can apply

Android

• Strong understanding of the OOPS concept.
• Working experience in Java and Kotlin language. (Must)
• Knowledge of Offline Sync, Multithreading, Realm/Room/SQLLite databases, Live data, Socket Programming. (Must)
• Familiar with Android Jetpack components (Must)
• Idea/Experience of MVC/MVVM and MVP
• At least 1 live application on Playstore. (Must)
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to have

• Idea/experience in RxJava, RxKotlin
• Idea/experience of unit and instrumentation testing in Android
• Knowledge of Web RTC.
• Experience with tools like Git, Jira, Basecamp, BitBucket, Azure DevOps would be an advantage.
• Good to have experience working with IOT projects, Bluetooth technologies
• Active Open Source, GitHub or Stack Overflow contribution will be a big plus
• Having personal apps in play store will be an added advantage
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends & emerging technologies.
