Strong UI / Product / Visual Designer Profile (Not UX-focused)

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ Years of hands-on experience in UI / Product / Visual Design, with strong exposure to web and mobile app design (from concepting, wireframes, prototypes to final UI).

Mandatory (Portfolio) – Must have a strong visual/UI design portfolio showcasing product, web, and app UI work with clear emphasis on visual hierarchy, interaction detail, color, and layout.

Mandatory (Tools) – Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, FigJam, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of Sketch, Axure, Zeplin is a plus).

Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Marketing Executive to independently manage and execute end-to-end marketing activities. The role requires strong expertise in digital marketing along with exposure to offline and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans.
• Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads), SEO, and website optimisation.
• Drive lead generation and track campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI).
• Oversee content creation across digital and offline channels.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, events, and trade marketing activities.
• Coordinate lead management and work closely with the sales team.
• Conduct market research and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of marketing experience (preferably B2B).
• Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, analytics, and CRM tools.
• Ability to independently manage marketing with high ownership.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or related field.

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads.
• Build rapport with potential customers. 
• Identify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Efficiently manage call time to maximize productivity and achieve sales goals.
• Follow predefined scripts while adapting to customer responses to maintain consistency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop cutting edge user experience for healthcare the platform
2. Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance iOS apps
3. Contribute towards the product roadmap
4. Work on an interesting range of problems like instant messaging in poor networks, smart diagnosis- personalization for doctors in each specialty, optimal matching problems
5. Help bring healthcare processes on mobile- prescriptions, auto-diagnosis
6. Work with network and battery optimisations, messaging, APIs, external libs, SDKs, Analytics, Offline apps, UI, visualisations and animations
7. Lead a team of developers and work in tandem with Product and Design teams

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Be proficient with Objective-C or Swift , and Cocoa Touch.
2. Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, as well as offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
3. Must be familiar with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
4. Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools 
5. Experience with cloud messaging APIs and usage of push notifications.
6. Knowledge of code versioning tools 
7. Built and managed apps with over 1 million users

• Prepare pitch decks & branding material before pitching to any mentor
• Grow Vennplay’s mentor network by connecting & build relationships with experienced professionals across various industries
• Demonstrate our platform to them & onboard them as a mentor with us
• Interview & capture their professional journey
• Help them create & manage their profile

• Are great with people
• Have professional email writing skills
• Have awesome presentation skills
• Have Pro Networking skills
• Are good at verbal & written communication in English
• Are proficient in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word

• 0-3 years of experience in business development / marketing or sales
• Any Graduate or Post Graduate (Marketing specialization preferred)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team of talented engineers and oversee daily execution
• Work with product managers in planning sprints and task estimation
• Remove roadblocks for teams and increase delivery velocity
• Provide technical leadership to the team
• Be Technical SME in client meetings
• Be a stickler for code quality, test coverage
• Coach and grow engineering team

To be successful in this role, you need to have/be:

• Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering quality products.
• Experience in Ruby on Rails, React JS tech stacks
• Experience in building high performance web applications/APIs
• Top notch analytical/problem solving/debugging skills
• Should have proven ability to build, lead and develop a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate needs as well as provide the team with a clear overview of the priorities
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills
