The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical service, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our range of products, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support and service for Medprime’s microscopy products, including installation, maintenance, and repair at client sites across India.
· Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers, helping them understand and optimize product use.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime for customers.
· Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to resolve client concerns and improve service quality.
· Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
· Ensure all services are performed in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
· Regularly communicate with clients to ensure smooth operations and build long-term relationships.
· Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet client needs and provide on-site technical support.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
· 2-4 years of experience in a service engineering role, preferably within the medical devices or microscopy industry.
· Strong knowledge of diagnostic equipment and microscopy products is preferred.
· Additional knowledge or experience in software.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Willingness to travel across India, sometimes on short notice.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple service requests simultaneously.
