Job Description

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
  
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
  
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
  
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Illustrator, Photoshop.
  
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
  

• Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  
• Have less/no experience at all? Don’t worry. A kick-ass portfolio will work as well.
  
• Ability to conceptualize, ideate, sketch and digitize the artwork.
  
• Should be sensitive to visual design details like colours, character design, composition and fine attention to details.
  
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
  
• Critical thinking and creative idea generation skills.
  
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
  
• Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant design tools is a must.
  
• Someone who is keen and eager to learn by practice put forth ideas and loves the design as much as we do.
• 3D knowledge is not mandatory but can earn you brownie points.

• Being responsible for Onboarding Internal Team
• Being responsible for Onboarding local Collection Agencies on behalf of partner client organization
• Being responsible for agencies Productivity & Efficiency
• Meeting Collection benchmarks for a given portfolio
• Being responsible for P&L Accountability
• Being active in Franchise Building and Relationship Management
• Handling Client Portfolio, performance
• Managing Product Profitability

• Any Graduation
• Young & dynamic leaders with 3+ years of experience in managing rural markets
• Rigour for numbers 
• Proven record of managing a team of 10+ people 
• Ability to handle & deliver in challenging environments.

• Data pre-processing, data transformation, data analysis, and feature engineering
• Performance optimization of scripts (code) and Productionizing of code (SQL, Pandas, Python or PySpark, etc.)

• Required skills:

• Bachelors in - in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent
• Fluency in Python (Pandas), PySpark, SQL, or similar
• Azure data factory experience (min 12 months)
• Able to write efficient code using traditional, OO concepts, modular programming following the SDLC process.
• Experience in production optimization and end-to-end performance tracing (technical root cause analysis)
• Ability to work independently with demonstrated experience in project or program management
• Azure experience ability to translate data scientist code in Python and make it efficient (production) for cloud deployment
