Role: Relationship Manager
- Exp: min 1 year
- Min CTC : 3.60 LPA - Max CTC: of 4.80 LPA, (along with performance-based incentives + Birthday perks + Mediclaim Insurance, etc)
- Meals will be provided, as the staff will be stationed at the resorts.
- Location: Goa, Gujarat, Maharastra
Key Responsibilities of the Relationship Manager:
- Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment.
- To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
- To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handlings objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service are met at all times.
- To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
- Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department.
- To keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training

Individual Contributor Role
• Responsible for handling the direct sale (Field Sales) at the prospects site.
• 100% on field B2C sales Area- PAN Mumbai Navi Mumbai- Western, Central and Harbor
• Generation/ souring of prospects appointments for the sales.
• End to End Sales Profile- Generation of leads through Cold calling (Open Market), Scheduling Appointments with Prospect, personally meeting them and closing the sale.
• Effective delivery of the sales presentations at the prospects at his location.
• Handling the direct meetings, exhibition sales, web leads etc.
• Handling the HFRP (Happy Family Reference Programmes)
• Capable to handle the customer issues/ escalations effectively
• Good in the B2C sale that's to say CDSO (Customer Direct Sales Officer) profile
