Qualification

•  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field

•  5 – 8 years of hands-on experience in Embedded Systems and AI/ML development

•  Strong programming proficiency in Python, C/C++, and embedded development

•  Practical experience with embedded ML frameworks such as TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, Edge Impulse, or similar

• Solid understanding of real-time embedded systems, microcontroller architectures, and communication protocols

•  Experience with model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, hardware-specific acceleration) is a plus

•  Familiarity with edge hardware platforms such as ARM Cortex, STM32, ESP32, NVIDIA Jetson, or similar is desirable.

Your job Responsibilities :

•    Develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning models for embedded and edge devices

•   Ensure real-time performance, memory efficiency, and low-power operation of on-device AI solutions

•   Integrate ML algorithms with microcontrollers, embedded controllers, and edge computing platforms

•   Implement pipelines for model conversion, quantization, and hardware acceleration

•   Collaborate with software, controls, and hardware engineers to deliver production-grade embedded AI systems

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled experienced Oracle Fusion HCM & Recruiting Cloud developer, who is responsible for the technical implementation and on-going support of the multi-country Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud with at least 4+ years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end implementations and support projects for customers across the globe, with significant exposure to clients in USA and Canada.

Our organization is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM & Recruiting Cloud developer, who is responsible for the technical implementation and on-going support of the multi-country Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud.

This role requires strong Technical understanding of Oracle Fusion Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) modules, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business & functional needs into effective HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to all Technical and configuration related questions pertaining to Oracle Core HR & Recruiting Cloud

· Understanding different Applicant Tracking Systems like Taleo and other tools.

· Hands-on experience Core HR & Talent Management workforce structures and configurations.

· Configure & test Oracle delivered quarterly patches and updates.

· Integrate Oracle Recruiting Cloud with different 3rd party tools like Job Boards & Social Networking Integrations.

· Contribute to the designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging and evaluating the product to meet customer requirements.

· Supports business requirement gathering sessions for reporting and embedded analytics across all modules of Fusion.

· Translates business requirements into value added reports and analytics meeting the needs of the stakeholders.

· Develop and modify workflow configurations, troubleshoot issues with current workflow rules.

· Troubleshoot and track issues; assist users with problem resolution.

· Provide training and communication of system updates to new and existing users.

· Maintain security-related configuration based on user’s job responsibilities.

· Configuration within the system is based on the needs of the customer.

· Understanding of REST API’s integrations and SSO integrations is desired.

· Work independently and/or serve as Technical Lead on Projects.

· Assess the impact of product upgrades and patches delivered by Oracle.

· Performs other duties as assigned by management.

· Develop data model reports using OTBI and Analysis as needed.

· Experience on Oracle Analytics or Cognos BI is preferable.

Required Qualifications

· 4+ years of software application development and maintenance experience in Oracle Fusion Core HR & Recruiting Cloud and related tools.

· Requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems.

· Hands on experience on Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Core HR configurations is preferred.

· Working experience on Taleo Enterprise Edition and other ATS applications is optional.

· Proficiency in SQL queries with different data bases.

· Possess good Oracle Fusion HCM & Recruiting Knowledge

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Experience in designing and maintaining Interfaces between HRIS systems with Workforce Integration Management (XML API) required.

· Ability to work in global delivery models, collaborating with cross-cultural and distributed teams.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
