Inside Sales Partner - Marketing Automation & Web Development
- Role & responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and qualify potential leads within target industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring steady new project acquisition.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Engage in consultative selling to understand clients' needs in marketing automation, web development, and digital marketing.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach and discovery calls to negotiation and closing deals.
- Prepare tailored sales proposals and presentations aligned with clients business goals.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client requirements, and competitor offerings in the digital marketing and web development space.
- Provide insights to shape Gyanwaves service offerings and ensure alignment with market demand.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, development, and project management teams to develop solutions that meet client needs and ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, sales cycle duration, and revenue growth.
- Regularly update the CRM with accurate and detailed information on all client interactions and deal progress.

- Certification in digital marketing or web development.
- Experience in selling IT consultancy or software solutions.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and web development frameworks.

We would love to hear from you if :
- You have 2+ years of experience as a software engineer at a SaaS or technology company
- Demonstrable hands-on programming experience with Python/R Data Science Stack
- Ability to design and implement workflows of Linear and Logistic Regression, Ensemble Models (Random Forest, Boosting) using R/Python
- Familiarity with Big Data Platforms (Databricks, Hadoop, Hive), AWS Services (AWS, Sagemaker, IAM, S3, Lambda Functions, Redshift, Elasticsearch)
- Experience in Probability and Statistics, ability to use ideas of Data Distributions, Hypothesis Testing and other Statistical Tests.
- Demonstrable competency in Data Visualisation using the Python/R Data Science Stack.
- Preferable Experience Experienced in web crawling and data scraping
- Strong experience in NLP. Worked on libraries such as NLTK, Spacy, Pattern, Gensim etc.

Senior Data Engineer
Responsibilities:
● Clean, prepare and optimize data at scale for ingestion and consumption by machine learning models
● Drive the implementation of new data management projects and re-structure of the current data architecture
● Implement complex automated workflows and routines using workflow scheduling tools
● Build continuous integration, test-driven development and production deployment frameworks
● Drive collaborative reviews of design, code, test plans and dataset implementation performed by other data engineers in support of maintaining data engineering standards
● Anticipate, identify and solve issues concerning data management to improve data quality

Desired Candidate Profile:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of relationship management, strong analytical, business and technical skills.
- 6-10 years of overall delivery related (pre-sales, solutioning, delivery management or customer account management) experience preferably in the Cybersecurity/SaaS/hi-tech products.
- 2+ years experience in customer facing roles with customers in US/Europe/ME geographies.
- Ability to internalize the product offerings and can discuss solutions, benefits and trade-offs with the customers.
- Ability to build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with Business and Technology Decision Makers within each customer to influence solution adoption, create strong support for new opportunities and to secure their willingness to advocate on our products.
