Role Overview :

Seeking a Senior System Administrator with strong experience in server administration, virtualization, automation, and hybrid infrastructure. The role involves managing Windows environments, scripting, cloud/on-prem operations, and ensuring 24x7 system availability.

Mandatory Skills :

Windows Server, Virtualization (Citrix/VMware/Nutanix/Hyper-V), Office 365, Intune, PowerShell, Terraform/Ansible, CI/CD, Hybrid Cloud (Azure), Monitoring, Backup, NOC, DCO.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage physical/virtual Windows servers and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP).
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform/Ansible.
• Administer Office 365, Intune, and ensure compliance.
• Support hybrid on-prem + Azure environments.
• Handle monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and incident response.
• Collaborate on DevOps pipelines and write automation scripts (PowerShell).

Nice to Have :

MCSA/MCSE/RHCE, Azure admin experience, team leadership background

Key Responsibilities

Lead outbound and inbound sales calls to convert leads into paying customers

Develop and execute strategic calling campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our product suite

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress using CRM tools

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates

Mentor junior telesales staff and support training initiatives

Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance

Resolve customer queries and objections with professionalism and empathy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of proven telesales experience, preferably in the dot-com/Concept Selling

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team

Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Minimum of 6+ years experience in the Information Technology field
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in management
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills
• Solid working knowledge in all required computer infrastructure and data center environments.
• Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
